We collect the information needed to provide a transfer: names, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight numbers, passenger and luggage details, and payment information processed by our booking provider. We use it only to deliver and invoice the service, to contact you about your booking, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information. Chauffeurs see only what they need for the trip. Records are kept for as long as accounting law requires and then deleted. Analytics, where enabled, use aggregated data.
