Fares
The fixed fare shown on the reservation engine and on your confirmation includes the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls where used, airport fees and gratuity; HST is added. Fares on this site are planning figures until confirmed.
Waiting
Airport pickups include 30 minutes from actual landing on Canadian domestic flights and flights from the US, and 60 minutes on all other international flights; other pickups include 15 minutes. Further waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks.
Cancellations
Measured from the scheduled pickup time: more than 72 hours - no charge; 72 hours or less - 10 %% of the reserved services; 48 hours or less - 50 %%; 24 hours or less, or a no-show - 100 %%. Proms, major holidays and large conventions may carry a different deadline, stated on the confirmation.
Passengers
Seat belts must be worn; children require an appropriate child restraint, which we supply on request. Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Damage or excessive cleaning is charged at cost. The chauffeur may refuse or end a trip where safety is at risk.
Partner and network fulfilment
Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach, party buses, coaches and trips outside our own service area are fulfilled by vetted partner operators held to our written standard; the confirmation says so.
Liability
We are not liable for missed flights or connections caused by events outside our control, including weather, road closures and border delays, but we will always re-plan the trip with you.
