Limousine service in Mississauga from TorontoAirportTransfer.services covers airport runs, business travel and occasions at fixed all-in fares. An airport limo between Mississauga and Pearson is planned at $90–120 one way in a business sedan before HST, including chauffeur, fuel, airport fees and gratuity. Most of the city is 15–25 minutes from the terminals.
Limousine service Mississauga and airport limo to Pearson
Toronto Pearson is in Mississauga. The terminals sit in the city's northeast corner, bordered by Malton, the Airport Corporate Centre and the Highway 401 and 427 junction, which makes a Mississauga airport limo one of the shortest runs we do and one of the most frequent. Business travellers, families, students and arriving relatives all use it. You book online, choose the vehicle and see a fixed fare before you confirm. That fare includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, Pearson's airport fees, the gratuity and the 407 toll if the chauffeur uses it; HST is shown separately. There is no meter and no surge, so a Friday-evening run from Square One costs the same as a Tuesday-morning one. Mississauga is also the base for many longer trips we run, to Niagara, Hamilton airport and across the border; see our long distance car service.

Roads between Mississauga and the terminals
Mississauga's highway grid gives the chauffeur plenty of choices. From City Centre and the Hurontario corridor, the usual route is Highway 403 east to the 401 and then Highway 409 or the airport's own approach roads. From Port Credit, Mineola and Lakeview, it is Hurontario Street or Cawthra Road north to the QEW and then the 427, or north to the 403. From Meadowvale and Streetsville, the 401 east or Derry Road, which runs along the airport's northern edge, depending on traffic. From Malton, Airport Road reaches the terminals in minutes. Highway 410 serves the east side, and Highway 407 ETR is useful from the northwest when the 401 is jammed; the toll is in the fare. Heavy congestion concentrates at the 401, 403 and 410 junction and on the 427 at rush hour, which is where dispatch reroutes. Current closures are on Ontario 511.

Mississauga neighbourhoods we serve
Our chauffeurs collect from every part of the city:
- City Centre and Mississauga Valley: the condo towers around Square One and Celebration Square.
- Hurontario corridor and Cooksville: apartments and homes along Mississauga's main north-south street.
- Port Credit, Mineola and Lakeview: the lakeshore villages and newer waterfront developments.
- Lorne Park and Clarkson: detached homes in the southwest, with the Clarkson GO station nearby.
- Erin Mills, Sheridan and Erindale: the west-central neighbourhoods near the University of Toronto Mississauga.
- Churchill Meadows, Lisgar and Meadowvale: the northwest suburbs by the 401 and 407.
- Streetsville: the historic village on Queen Street South.
- East Credit, Heartland and Hurontario north: family neighbourhoods near the Heartland shopping area.
- Malton, Rockwood Village, Applewood and Rathwood: the east side, closest to the airport.
Business districts and corporate travel
Mississauga is one of Canada's largest office and industrial markets, and much of it lies within a short drive of Pearson. The Airport Corporate Centre, along Eglinton Avenue East and Matheson Boulevard next to the 401, is full of regional head offices whose staff fly weekly. Meadowvale Business Park in the northwest, the Heartland business area by the 401 and Mavis Road, the Sheridan Park research campus, the City Centre office towers and the logistics and industrial districts around Derry Road and Airport Road all generate airport and client trips. A corporate car service account puts bookings, receipts and cost centres in one place, and visiting executives can be met at the terminal and driven between sites on an hourly chauffeur booking. The International Centre on Airport Road hosts trade shows that bring delegates straight from their flights.
Square One, Celebration Square and Mississauga venues
Square One Shopping Centre is the city's commercial heart, and Celebration Square beside City Hall hosts summer festivals, concerts and the Canada Day celebrations. The Living Arts Centre stages shows and events in the same district. The International Centre handles consumer and trade shows, and the city's arenas, community centres and the University of Toronto Mississauga's sports fields host tournaments that bring visiting teams through Pearson. On the lake, Port Credit's harbour, J.C. Saddington Park and the waterfront trail are summer evening destinations, and the Rattray Marsh conservation area is a favourite walk in Clarkson. When visitors land at Pearson and want to see more, the outlets, the CN Tower and Niagara are hourly or day bookings; see Toronto city tours. The City of Mississauga lists civic events at Celebration Square.
When to leave Mississauga for your flight
Being close to the airport doesn't shorten the queue at bag drop. Airlines generally want you at Pearson about two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before a US or international one, and US flights include US preclearance before boarding. From Mississauga:
- Flights before 9 am: leave 2 hours 30 minutes before Canadian and US, 3 hours 15 before international or US.
- Late-morning and afternoon flights: leave 2 hours 20 minutes before a domestic departure and 3 hours 10 before an international one.
- Evening flights, 5 to 9 pm: leave 2 hours 45 minutes ahead for Canadian and US and 3 hours 30 for international or US.
From Clarkson, Meadowvale and Churchill Meadows, add ten minutes. Add your flight number and the engine proposes a pickup time; on storm days dispatch will move it earlier with you.
The return: Pearson pickup back to Mississauga
For the ride home, book with your flight number. We track it from departure and time the chauffeur to the actual landing. Free waiting begins at touchdown: 60 minutes after international arrivals and 30 minutes after Canadian and US ones, then 15-minute blocks. Pickup at the curb of the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area is part of the fare, and a message with the chauffeur's location arrives as you land. To be met inside the arrivals hall with a name board, add meet and greet at Pearson at booking; the planning figure is $25–35. Most Mississauga returns are home in under half an hour after you reach the car. Check which terminal you land at with the terminal finder.

Transit, taxis and rideshare compared
Mississauga residents have transit options to Pearson: MiWay has routes that reach the airport, and GO trains on the Lakeshore West and Milton lines serve Port Credit, Clarkson, Cooksville, Erindale, Streetsville and Meadowvale stations for trips downtown to Union. A rideshare or Pearson taxi is quick for a light traveller. Whatever the exemptions for taxis and buses, we fit the right child seat for every child who needs one. Our limo vs Uber vs taxi vs UP Express guide compares cost and convenience honestly.
Families, child seats and accessibility
Mississauga families flying for March break, summer or the December holidays usually book an executive SUV or luxury van: six seats and six bags, with room for strollers. Child seats (infant, convertible and booster) are available on request and installed before pickup; add them when you book and tell us each child's age and weight. The province's car seat guidance explains the rules. Relatives arriving from abroad with extra luggage fit comfortably in the same vehicles. Travellers who need mobility help can book through wheelchair accessible transfers, and many pair it with meet and greet so the chauffeur meets them inside the terminal.
Weddings, proms and occasions in Mississauga
Mississauga's banquet halls, hotels, churches, temples and mosques host weddings almost every weekend of the year, and many of them bring guests through Pearson. We plan the couple's car, SUVs for the families and Sprinters to move guests between hotel, ceremony and reception, and we can collect out-of-town guests from their flights the day before. Port Credit's waterfront and the gardens at local parks are popular for photographs. Proms and graduations book stretch limousines and party buses each spring. Our own fleet covers sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters; stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach cars and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, which we disclose. Weddings and party buses are priced in writing by a coordinator. See wedding limo service and party bus and limo bus.
Hamilton airport, Billy Bishop and trips from Mississauga
Pearson isn't the only airport within reach. Some low-cost and charter flights use John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport, which is a practical alternative for western Mississauga; the fixed fare is priced by address, and our Hamilton airport transfer page covers it. For Porter or Air Canada flights downtown, a Billy Bishop transfer runs along the QEW and Gardiner to the mainland terminal on Eireann Quay. And for travellers heading to Oakville, Burlington or Niagara after landing, the same chauffeur can continue there on one fixed fare.
Booking, changes and cancellation
Book on any page or at the booking page: address, flight number, passengers, bags and vehicle class. The fixed fare appears before you confirm. You can change the time, address or vehicle without charge while the class is available. Cancellation is measured from the scheduled pickup: free more than 72 hours before; 72 hours or less is 10 %; 48 hours or less is 50 %; 24 hours or less, or a no-show, is 100 %. If an airline cancels your inbound flight, we move the pickup to the new flight. Pearson's terminal and ground-transport information is on torontopearson.com.
