A bachelor or bachelorette party limo from TorontoAirportTransfer.services is booked by the hour: planning figures are $225–270/h for a 14-seat Sprinter (3 h minimum), $225–330/h for a partner stretch limousine (4 h minimum) and $330–525/h for a partner party bus (4–5 h minimum), plus HST. The reservation engine prices the exact night, route and vehicle before you confirm.
Bachelor and bachelorette party limo: what you are actually booking
A stag or stagette night in Toronto usually has three moving parts: collecting everyone from several addresses, moving the group between a dinner, a bar or two and a late venue, and getting every guest home safely at the end. A bachelor party limo or bachelorette party bus solves all three with one vehicle and one chauffeur who stays with you for the whole booking.
Our own dispatch runs the sedans, executive SUVs, luxury vans and 14-seat Sprinters. Stretch limousines and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, booked and supervised through us, so there is one confirmation, one invoice and one number to call on the night. The party bus and limo bus page goes deeper on the bigger vehicles if your group is above 14.
Planning prices by vehicle and group size
These are planning figures for a Saturday evening in Toronto. The engine quotes the exact start address, finish time and vehicle, and weekend nights from May to September are the tightest dates of the year.
| Vehicle | Seats | Hourly planning figure | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Executive SUV | up to 6 | $160–190/h | 3 h |
| Luxury van | up to 6 | $160–190/h | 3 h |
| Sprinter | up to 14 | $225–270/h | 3 h |
| Stretch limousine (partner) | 8–10 | $225–330/h | 4 h |
| Party bus (partner) | 16–36 | $330–525/h | 4–5 h |
The figure covers the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel and gratuity; HST is shown on its own line. Split thirty ways, a five-hour party bus night works out to roughly $55–90 a head before tax. Compare fares for other trips on the rates page.
Choosing between a Sprinter, a stretch limo and a party bus
A Sprinter is the practical choice for 8–14 people: high roof, room to stand up straight while boarding, and easy to park near restaurant doors on King Street West. It is the vehicle most organisers pick when the priority is simply moving everyone together without fuss. See the Sprinter group transportation page for seating layouts.
A stretch limousine is about the photograph and the arrival. It seats 8–10 on a long side bench, looks spectacular outside a Yorkville restaurant and is less practical on tight downtown side streets. See stretch limo rental for models and sizes.
A party bus makes sense for 16 and up, or when the ride itself is part of the entertainment: lighting, a sound system and space to move. Party buses are partner vehicles with a 4–5 hour minimum and are priced in writing by a coordinator.
How to book a stag or stagette night
- Count heads honestly. Plan for the confirmed number plus two, because someone's cousin always turns up.
- Pick the start address and the latest pickup time you will need at the end of the night.
- Choose the vehicle in the reservation engine and add every stop you already know.
- Pay to lock the vehicle; weekends in wedding season go early.
- Share the chauffeur's details, sent the day before, with the best man, maid of honour or organiser only, so there is one voice speaking to dispatch.
Party buses and multi-vehicle nights are confirmed in writing by a coordinator rather than instantly, because we check the partner's vehicle, licensing and insurance for your exact date.
Alcohol in a limo in Ontario: what the rules actually say
This is the question every organiser asks, so here is the straight answer. Ontario's Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 generally makes it an offence to have open, readily available liquor in a motor vehicle, and the limited exceptions depend on how the vehicle and the liquor are licensed. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario administers the licensing side. The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19.
Our policy follows from that. There is no open alcohol in our own sedans, SUVs, vans or Sprinters. Partner stretch limousines and party buses set their own policy under their own licensing; the coordinator tells you in writing, before you pay, exactly what that operator allows. If anyone in the group is under 19, nothing alcoholic comes aboard at all. Plan the drinks at the venues, where a licensed server is responsible for them, and use the vehicle for what it does best: moving everyone safely.
The classic Toronto stag and stagette routes
Downtown circuit. Dinner in the Entertainment District or on King West, a cocktail bar on Ossington or in the Financial District, then a late club. Short hops, lots of stops, and a chauffeur who knows where he can legally pause for loading.
Casino night. Great Canadian Toronto at Woodbine is on Rexdale Boulevard near Pearson, so a Sprinter can start downtown, eat, and be at the tables in 30–40 minutes. Casino Rama near Orillia is a longer run up Highway 400 and 11; the casinos page covers both. Guests must be 19 to enter Ontario casinos.
Golf and steak day. Afternoon tee time north of the city, dinner back downtown. Book hourly for the whole day, or two separate transfers with a gap between them.
Niagara Falls bachelor and bachelorette weekends
Niagara is the most requested out-of-town night. The drive from central Toronto is roughly 90 minutes to two hours along the Gardiner and the QEW, longer on a summer Friday. Fallsview Boulevard has the hotels and the Fallsview casino, and Clifton Hill's late-night strip is within walking distance.
Most groups book one of two patterns. The first is a one-way transfer on Friday or Saturday afternoon and a return transfer on Sunday, with the group walking everywhere in between; a Sprinter one way sits around 2.2 times the business-sedan band of $345–420. The second is a same-day return with the vehicle on hourly: winery tastings in Niagara-on-the-Lake in the afternoon, dinner, a few hours on Clifton Hill, and home by 2 a.m. Our Niagara wine tours page has the afternoon half of that plan already worked out.

Wine country bachelorette afternoons
A quieter bachelorette often goes to Niagara-on-the-Lake instead of the clubs. Three or four wineries across an afternoon, a long lunch and a stroll on Queen Street is a relaxed day, and it works well in a luxury van or Sprinter. Many wineries ask larger groups to reserve tastings in advance, and some cap group sizes, so book the tastings before the vehicle.
The chauffeur keeps to the schedule you set, which matters because tasting slots are timed. Tastings are served at the winery, which is licensed for it; they are not continued in the vehicle. For a list of wineries and their visiting details, see the Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake site.
Starting the weekend at Pearson
Plenty of stag and stagette groups are flying in: the groom's university friends from Vancouver, the bride's sister from London. We can collect several flights into one plan. Each arrival is flight-tracked and timed to actual landing, with 60 minutes of included waiting on international arrivals and 30 on Canadian and US, starting from touchdown.
If three flights land within an hour of each other at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, dispatch will usually suggest a Sprinter that waits for the last one rather than three separate cars; guests on early flights can ride the free Terminal Link train between terminals. Pickup is curbside at the pre-arranged commercial pickup area; meet and greet with a name board inside arrivals is an add-on at a planning figure of $25–35. The Pearson airport limo page explains terminals and doors in more detail.
Timing a big night so nobody waits in the cold
The best-run nights are planned in blocks. Dispatch will ask for a rough itinerary: pickup times, restaurant reservation, bar or club, and a latest finish. The chauffeur uses it to position the vehicle, not to rush you. If dinner runs long, the car waits; you are paying for the hours either way.
Build in 15–20 minutes of loading time for groups over ten. Downtown Toronto on a Saturday after 10 p.m. crawls, especially near Scotiabank Arena after an event, so a two-kilometre hop can take 20 minutes. If the group splits at midnight, the chauffeur can drop the early leavers on the way to the next venue, but remember the hourly clock keeps running while the vehicle detours.
Getting everyone home: the drop-off run
The end of the night is the part that matters most. We plan the final drop-offs in geographic order before the night begins so no one is left on a sidewalk at 2:30 a.m. waiting for a rideshare. If guests live in Mississauga, Vaughan and Scarborough, the chauffeur will suggest a sensible order and the time it adds, which is part of the hourly booking.
Groups staying in a downtown hotel can simply finish there. Anyone heading to the airport the next morning can book a separate sedan transfer; if you are flying out early, read how early to arrive at Pearson and add an hour for a heavy head.

Behaviour, cleaning and the chauffeur's authority
Chauffeurs are there to keep everyone safe and on schedule. They will not drive with anyone standing in a sedan or SUV, leaning out of a sunroof, or with doors open. On partner party buses, standing is governed by that operator's equipment and rules. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any vehicle.
Accidents happen; if someone is unwell, tell the chauffeur early and he will pull over safely. If a vehicle needs professional cleaning afterwards, a charge applies; the coordinator states the amount in writing before you confirm, so it is never a surprise. The chauffeur can end the booking early if behaviour becomes unsafe, and the organiser will hear exactly why from dispatch.
Decorations, sashes and surprises
Sashes, veils, tiaras, matching T-shirts and banners are all fine; they are part of the fun. Please avoid confetti, glitter and anything sticky on the upholstery. Balloons can come aboard if they fit safely and do not block the chauffeur's view.
If you are planning a surprise, for example collecting the groom from his office on a Friday afternoon, tell dispatch. The chauffeur can call the organiser rather than the guest of honour, wait out of sight around the corner and walk in at the agreed time. For a bachelorette brunch, a sedan or SUV can collect the bride first and bring her to the group, which keeps the reveal intact.
Combining the party with a game or a concert
Some groups roll the stag or stagette into another outing: a Blue Jays or Leafs game followed by dinner, or a show at Budweiser Stage and then a late bar. Arena and stadium pickups have their own traffic management; the sports games and concerts pages explain where cars can actually stop after the final whistle or encore.
If the wedding itself is with us too, tell the coordinator. The wedding limo booking and the party night are separate reservations, but knowing both lets us keep the same vehicle class, and sometimes the same chauffeur, so the couple recognises a face on the big day.
Deposits, changes and cancellation
The engine takes payment at booking for standard vehicles. Party buses and multi-vehicle nights are confirmed by a coordinator and usually carry a deposit. Changing the start time or adding a stop is normally free until the day before, subject to the vehicle being available for the extra time.
The sitewide cancellation rule applies from the scheduled pickup time: more than 72 hours before, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %. If the numbers drop, move to a smaller vehicle early rather than cancelling late; dispatch will re-price the booking.
Weekend and seasonal demand
May to early October is wedding season, so stag and stagette nights cluster on the same Saturdays as the weddings themselves. Party buses and stretch limousines can be fully committed weeks ahead on June and September weekends. December is busy for a different reason: corporate holiday parties take a lot of the larger vehicles on Friday nights.
A Thursday or Sunday night, or a daytime itinerary, is often easier to book, and the hourly minimums bite less when you only need the vehicle for a short evening. If your date is fixed, book the vehicle as soon as the venues are confirmed.
