A Pearson airport limo from TorontoAirportTransfer.services is a private, pre-booked chauffeured car to or from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) at a fixed all-in fare. Downtown Toronto runs about $130–160 in a business sedan before HST, with chauffeur, fuel, airport fees and gratuity included. Every pickup is flight-tracked, and international arrivals get 60 minutes of free waiting.
Pearson airport limo: what you are actually booking
When people search for a Toronto airport limo they usually mean one of three things: a black sedan for one or two travellers, an SUV for a family with real luggage, or a stretch limousine for an occasion. All three are booked the same way here. You choose the vehicle class, enter the pickup and drop-off addresses and your flight number, and the reservation engine shows one number that already covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, any 407 tolls the chauffeur uses, airport fees and gratuity. HST is shown on its own line. There is no meter running on the 427 and no surge multiplier at 6 pm on a Friday. The fare you confirm is the fare you pay, unless you add waiting time or stops after booking.
Pearson limo fares by vehicle class
These are planning figures for one-way trips between Pearson and common GTA destinations, all-in before HST. The reservation engine quotes the exact address, date and vehicle, and it is often inside these bands.
| Pearson (YYZ) to / from | Business sedan (3 pax) | First-class sedan (3 pax) | Executive SUV or luxury van (6 pax) | Sprinter (14 pax) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Downtown Toronto | $130–160 | $195–240 | $160–205 | $280–345 |
| Mississauga | $90–120 | $135–180 | $115–160 | $195–265 |
| North York | $105–135 | $160–205 | $135–175 | $235–300 |
| Vaughan | $115–145 | $175–220 | $145–190 | $250–315 |
| Markham | $145–180 | $220–270 | $180–235 | $315–400 |
| Oakville | $120–150 | $180–225 | $150–195 | $265–330 |
| Brampton | $100–130 | $150–195 | $120–165 | $220–280 |
For destinations further out, the flat-rate price list covers Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Barrie, Niagara and cross-border runs. If you want a quick number for an address that is not listed, the fare calculator gives the same planning figure the dispatch desk uses.
Choosing the right vehicle for YYZ
The luggage count decides the car more often than the passenger count. A business sedan (Camry-class hybrid or similar executive saloon) seats three and takes three large suitcases; a fourth bag usually means an SUV. The first-class sedan is an S-Class or 7 Series for the traveller who wants to work or sleep in the back. The executive SUV (Escalade, Navigator or Suburban) and the luxury van (V-Class or Pacifica) each take six people and six bags, and the van is easier for grandparents to climb into. The Sprinter carries up to fourteen with fourteen bags, which suits sports teams, wedding parties and film crews. See the fleet page for photos and exact capacities, or the executive SUV service if winter roads are on your mind.

How to book a limo to Pearson
- Open the booking form on this page or go to book a Pearson airport limo.
- Enter your pickup address and choose Pearson as the destination, with your airline so we can plan the right terminal.
- Pick a pickup time. The engine suggests one based on your departure time, destination and the time of day.
- Choose the vehicle and add child seats, an extra stop or meet & greet if needed.
- Confirm and pay. You receive a written confirmation right away, then the chauffeur's name, vehicle and mobile number the evening before.
For a round trip, add the return leg in the same booking with your inbound flight number; the pickup time for the return is set automatically from the live landing time.
Limo service from Pearson airport: how the pickup works
Arriving passengers are where most airport transfers go wrong, so this is the part we plan hardest. Your flight number is tracked from the moment it leaves the origin airport. If it lands early, the chauffeur is already moving; if it is two hours late, nobody is billed for those two hours. The fare includes waiting from the actual landing time: 30 minutes on Canadian flights and flights from the US, and 60 minutes on other international flights. That covers a normal passport line, baggage and a coffee. You will get a message once you land with the chauffeur's position. Pickup is curbside at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area; if you would rather be met inside with a name board, add airport meet and greet at booking.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 3
Pearson has two passenger terminals, T1 and T3, joined by the free Terminal Link train. Air Canada and most Star Alliance airlines use Terminal 1; WestJet, Porter and a long list of other carriers use Terminal 3. Airlines do move, and codeshares can surprise you, so always check the terminal printed on your own booking or run your flight through the terminal finder. Tell us the airline when you book and the chauffeur goes to the right building. If you land at the wrong one after a rebooking, a text to dispatch is enough; the car repositions and the Terminal Link or a short walk covers the rest. The Pearson airport guide has terminal layouts and the practical details.
How long the drive takes
Pearson sits in Mississauga, about 27 km from the downtown core. Outside rush hour the run to King and Bay takes 25 to 30 minutes via Highway 427 and the Gardiner Expressway; at 8 am or 5 pm on a weekday plan on 45 minutes or more. Chauffeurs pick the route from live traffic rather than habit: the 401 express lanes when the Gardiner is blocked, the 427 to the QEW for Oakville and Burlington, and the 407 for Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill when it saves serious time. The 407 is a toll road, and when the chauffeur uses it the toll is already in your fare. You can check conditions yourself on Ontario 511 the night before.

When to leave for your flight
For a departure, the booking engine suggests a pickup time, but the logic is simple enough to check. Take the drive time for that hour of day, add a buffer for weather, then add the airline's check-in guidance. Most carriers want you at the airport two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before an international one, and security wait times are published live on torontopearson.com. A downtown pickup for a 7 pm flight to London therefore usually leaves around 2:45 to 3 pm on a weekday. Our guide on how early to arrive at Pearson goes through the scenarios, including US pre-clearance at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
What is included in the fare
- A licensed, vetted, suited chauffeur and a clean, late-model vehicle of the class you booked.
- Flight tracking on every airport pickup, with the chauffeur timed to the actual landing.
- Waiting time: 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US arrivals, 60 minutes on other international arrivals, 15 minutes on other pickups.
- Fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity.
- Bottled water and phone chargers in the vehicle.
- Help with luggage at both ends.
Not included: extra waiting beyond the free period (billed in 15-minute blocks), stops added on the day, and HST. Meet & greet inside the arrivals hall is an optional add-on with a planning figure of $25–35.
Travelling with children
Whatever the exemptions for taxis and buses, we fit the right child seat for every child who needs one. Infant seats, convertible seats and boosters are available on request; add them at booking so the chauffeur installs them before arriving. The government's car seat guidance explains which seat fits which age and weight. For a family of five with a stroller, an SUV or van is the comfortable choice. There is more detail on the child car seat transfers page.
Is it the best airport limo in Toronto for you?
Nobody can honestly claim to be the best airport limo in Toronto for every traveller, and we won't. What you can compare is concrete: whether the price is fixed before you book, whether the chauffeur is timed to your real landing, how much waiting is included, what happens if your flight is cancelled, and who answers the phone at 2 am. We publish all of those. Compare them with any other operator, including the on-demand taxis and limos at Pearson's own stands, the flat-rate taxi alternative we offer for budget trips, and ride-hailing apps. The side-by-side limo vs Uber vs taxi vs UP Express guide lays the trade-offs out plainly.
When the train is the better choice
If you are travelling alone with a carry-on and staying near Union Station, the UP Express train is hard to beat: roughly 25 minutes from Terminal 1 to Union, with departures about every 15 minutes. We say so because it is true. A car makes more sense when there are two or more of you, when you have real luggage, when the hotel is not near Union, when it is late at night, or when someone in the group cannot manage stairs and platforms. The TTC's 900 Airport Express bus from Kipling station is the cheapest option of all and suits light travellers heading to the west end.
Groups, corporate accounts and occasions
Business travellers can charge trips to a corporate account with monthly invoicing, passenger names on every trip and a single contact for changes. For groups, one booking can hold several vehicles arriving together, or a Sprinter for the whole party. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach cars, party buses and coaches are supplied through vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, to the same written standards; we say so up front rather than pretend we own every vehicle. Weddings and multi-vehicle moves can be priced in writing by a coordinator. The full limo service Toronto page covers non-airport work.
Winter, storms and long weekends
Toronto winters are the reason people book an SUV. Every vehicle runs winter tires from late fall, and when Environment Canada posts a snowfall or freezing-rain warning, dispatch moves departure pickups earlier and tells you why. Long weekends, March break and the week TIFF opens in September fill the schedule quickly, so book well ahead for those dates. When a storm cancels flights, a cancelled or delayed arrival is simply moved to the new flight; you only need to message us the new flight number.
Changes and cancellations
Plans move, and the rules are written down. You can change times, addresses or vehicles at no charge while the vehicle is still available. Cancelling more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup costs nothing. Within 72 hours the charge is 10 %, within 48 hours it is 50 %, and within 24 hours or on a no-show it is 100 %. The clock runs from the scheduled pickup time, not from the time you booked. If your airline cancels an inbound flight, we move the pickup to your new flight rather than treat it as a no-show.
Beyond Pearson
The same fixed-fare model applies to Toronto's other airports and further afield: Billy Bishop on the waterfront, Hamilton, Waterloo, and cross-border runs to Buffalo. A Pearson to Billy Bishop connection is a common one for travellers switching to Porter. Look through the airports we serve or the most-booked Pearson to downtown Toronto route. International visitors should check entry rules before they fly; most visa-exempt visitors need an eTA, and customs is run by the CBSA.
