The TorontoAirportTransfer.services travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net so you can search flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rental, then book your chauffeured transfers to match. Travel bookings complete on BookingWorldwide.net at its prices and terms; transfers are booked with us at fixed fares. Share the flight and hotel details and dispatch times the pickups to them.
What the travel desk is
Most of our passengers arrive in Toronto having booked a flight and a hotel somewhere else, and then book the car. The travel desk simply puts those steps next to each other. It is a partnership with BookingWorldwide.net, an online travel agency, which provides the search and booking for flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rental. We provide what we know: the chauffeured transfers, the timing between flight and hotel, and advice on where in Toronto to stay for what you are doing. The desk is useful to a visitor planning a first trip, a family coming for a wedding, a company arranging a delegation and a Torontonian heading south in February.
How it works, step by step
- Use the travel-desk search on this site to choose what you need: stays, flights, resorts, activities, packages or car rental.
- The search hands you to BookingWorldwide.net, where you see availability and prices and complete the booking.
- Book your chauffeured transfers on our reservation engine: the airport pickup, the hotel transfer, any hourly days and the return.
- Give us the flight numbers and hotel addresses. Dispatch tracks the flights and times every pickup to them.
- If the itinerary changes, tell both: the travel booking is changed with BookingWorldwide.net, and the transfers with our dispatch.
Who you are booking with
Clarity matters here, because two companies are involved. Flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rentals are booked with BookingWorldwide.net, at its prices and under its terms and the terms of the airline, hotel or supplier. Payment for those is taken by BookingWorldwide.net, and changes or refunds follow its policies. Chauffeured transfers are booked with TorontoAirportTransfer.services at our fixed fares, under our cancellation policy. We do not add a fee to BookingWorldwide.net bookings, and we do not advertise discounts we cannot guarantee: the price you see on its site is the price it charges.

Flights into Toronto
Flight search covers fares into Toronto Pearson and Billy Bishop from anywhere in the world. When choosing, it is worth knowing how the airports differ. Pearson has two passenger terminals, T1 and T3, linked by the free Terminal Link train; which one your airline uses matters for your pickup, so check the booking and our terminal finder. Billy Bishop, on the Toronto Island, serves short-haul routes and is minutes from downtown, reached by a pedestrian tunnel or a short ferry. International visitors should also check entry rules: most visa-exempt visitors flying to Canada need an eTA, and the CBSA explains what happens at the border. Our arriving in Canada at Pearson guide walks through landing to curb.
Hotels: where to stay and how the transfer fits
Where you stay decides your transfer. Downtown hotels near Union Station and the financial district suit business and theatre; Yorkville suits shopping and quieter evenings; the waterfront suits the Island and the lake; the Pearson airport strip suits an early flight or a Mississauga meeting. The hotel choice also sets the fare band: Pearson to downtown is a planning figure of $130–160 in a business sedan, while an airport-strip hotel is much closer. When you have booked, give us the hotel name and address so the chauffeur uses the right entrance; some downtown towers have a hotel entrance on a different street from the main lobby. See Pearson to downtown Toronto for the drive itself.
Resorts: Muskoka, Niagara and Blue Mountain
Resort stays are where the transfer and the booking fit most naturally together, because resorts are far from the airport and a hire car is not what most people want after a long flight. Muskoka's lakeside resorts are two to three hours north of Pearson depending on traffic; Niagara-on-the-Lake's inns and wineries about ninety minutes to the south-west; Blue Mountain around two hours north-west. A chauffeur can collect you at arrivals and have you at the resort by dinner, and collect you again for the return flight. Our Toronto to Muskoka route page has timings and planning fares, and Niagara-on-the-Lake covers the wine country run.
Activities between transfers
Activity booking covers the things visitors do between arriving and leaving: the CN Tower, Niagara boat tours, Blue Jays and Raptors games, theatre, food tours and day trips. For attractions in the city, a chauffeured hourly booking often makes more sense than a series of taxis, especially for families. For Niagara Falls, a private day trip with a chauffeur lets you set the pace, and our Niagara Falls private tours page explains how those days are planned. Check each attraction's own site for hours and seasonal schedules; they change.
Packages and delegations
Packages bundle flight and hotel, and sometimes activities, into one booking. For a company bringing a delegation or a family organising a reunion, that is often simpler than separate bookings. Once the package is booked, the transfers are ours to plan: we group arrivals by flight, allocate sedans, SUVs or Sprinters, and send one confirmation with every pickup. For companies, transfers can go on a corporate account so they appear on one invoice alongside other ground travel, while the package itself is paid through BookingWorldwide.net.
Car rental: when a chauffeur is not needed
We would rather be honest than sell a car you do not need. If your trip includes days of independent touring in cottage country or a week of site visits where you drive yourself, a rental car is often the right tool, and the travel desk offers it. A common pattern is a chauffeured transfer from Pearson to a downtown hotel after the flight, when nobody wants to drive the 401 jet-lagged, then a rental from a downtown location for the days out, and a chauffeur again for the early-morning return. Remember that 407 ETR tolls on a rental are billed by the rental company.

Timing transfers to your itinerary
The value of booking both sides together is in the timing. For arrivals, we need the flight number: with it, the chauffeur is timed to the actual landing, with thirty minutes of waiting included on Canadian domestic and US flights and sixty on other international flights. For departures, we plan the pickup back from the flight time, allowing for check-in, security and the drive; our how early to arrive at Pearson guide sets out the margins by terminal and season. If your hotel check-out is at 11:00 and your flight at 19:00, an hourly booking with a stop or two may be better than two transfers.
When plans change
Flights are delayed, hotels overbook and weddings move. If the airline changes your flight, tell dispatch and we move the pickup; a delay or cancellation on the airline's side is never a no-show. Changes to the flight or hotel booking itself are handled by BookingWorldwide.net or the supplier. Our transfer cancellation policy is free more than 72 hours before pickup, then 10 % at 72 hours or less, 50 % at 48 hours or less and 100 % at 24 hours or less or for a no-show.
Travel advice we can give, and what we cannot
Dispatchers and chauffeurs know Toronto's roads, airports, hotels and venues. We can tell you which terminal an airline usually uses (and to check anyway), how long the drive to Niagara takes on a Saturday in July, which hotel entrance to use, and whether the UP Express would suit you better than a car. We are not immigration advisers or insurers; for entry requirements and travel advice, use official sources such as the Government of Canada's travel pages.
Using the travel desk for a first visit
For a first-time visitor, the combination is simple: book the flight and hotel, book a chauffeur from arrivals, and let the rest of the trip follow. The first-time visitor's Toronto guide covers neighbourhoods, getting around and what to expect in each season, and our international arrivals pages cover flights from specific cities. When you are ready, the search is on this page and the reservation engine is on every page.
Booking for someone else
The travel desk is often used by one person booking for another: a daughter arranging her parents' visit from Manila, an assistant booking a speaker's trip, a couple booking guests for their wedding. Book the flight and hotel through BookingWorldwide.net in the traveller's name as it appears on the passport, then book the transfer with us and put the traveller's name and mobile on it. The chauffeur's details go to the traveller; the confirmation and receipt go to you. For older travellers or first-time visitors, add meet and greet so the chauffeur is waiting inside the arrivals hall with a name board rather than at the curb.
Events and seasons that fill the city
Toronto's busiest weeks fill hotels and roads at the same time. The Toronto International Film Festival in September, Pride Toronto in June, the Toronto Caribbean Carnival in summer and the major conventions and trade shows all push hotel prices up and make downtown traffic slower. If your trip coincides with one, book the hotel early and allow more time for transfers. Check each event's official site for its dates; they vary year to year. Winter brings its own planning point: a February arrival can meet snow, and a chauffeur in a winter-equipped vehicle removes one worry from the trip.
Families, children and luggage
Families travelling with children benefit most from planning the whole trip at once. Choose a hotel with family rooms, book flights that land at civilised hours if you can, and book a vehicle with the space you need: a luxury minivan or executive SUV for a family of four with full luggage, with child seats fitted before pickup. Tell us the children's ages and we fit infant, convertible or booster seats as appropriate; see child car seat transfers. The fleet page shows what each vehicle carries.
Leaving Toronto: the outbound side
The travel desk works in both directions. Torontonians use it for winter sun, family visits abroad and business trips, and the transfer to the airport is the part most people leave until the last minute. Book it when you book the flight. The chauffeur collects you from home at a time planned back from the departure, with the terminal confirmed the day before, and you avoid airport parking and the shuttle from the long-term lots. For a family with a week of luggage heading to Cancun or Punta Cana, an executive SUV or minivan from home to Terminal 3 is often simpler than leaving a car in a long-term lot for two weeks. On the way back, the chauffeur is timed to your landing, which after a night flight is the part you will appreciate most.
One point of contact on the ground
Once your transfers are booked, our dispatch is your contact for everything that happens on the road, day or night. If you land early, late or at a different terminal, if you need a stop on the way, or if your plans change mid-trip, message dispatch and it is handled. For the travel bookings themselves, BookingWorldwide.net remains the contact. Keeping that division clear is what makes the arrangement work: nobody has to guess which company to call when a flight is delayed at midnight.
