TorontoAirportTransfer.services is a Toronto-based private transfer service: pre-booked chauffeured sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters for Pearson, Billy Bishop, every Ontario airport, train station and FBO, and cross-border runs to Buffalo, Detroit and New York. The fare is fixed and all-in before you book, every airport pickup is flight-tracked, and dispatch is staffed around the clock.
About TorontoAirportTransfer.services: what we actually do
The short version is that we drive people to and from airports. Most of our work starts or ends at Toronto Pearson: a family landing at Terminal 3 after an overnight flight, a consultant flying out of Terminal 1 at 06:15, a delegation of twelve arriving on two different carriers an hour apart. The rest is the work that surrounds air travel in a region this size: a Billy Bishop airport transfer for a Porter flight to Ottawa, a Union Station pickup off a VIA train, a run to Hamilton or Waterloo for a cheaper fare, a business jet at an FBO, a drive to Buffalo because the US fare was better. Around those we run hourly chauffeur days, corporate programmes, weddings and occasions, and long-distance journeys across Ontario and into the United States. Every one of them is booked in advance. We are not a street-hail taxi and we do not wait at the stands.
A pre-booked service, not an on-demand app
Pre-booking is the whole design. Because a trip exists in our system hours or weeks before the pickup, dispatch can assign a specific chauffeur and vehicle, check the flight the night before, look at the forecast and the construction closures on the 401 and the Gardiner, and plan the timing rather than react to it. It also means the passenger knows before they land who is collecting them: the chauffeur's name, mobile number, vehicle and plate arrive by text ahead of the pickup. On-demand apps solve a different problem, and for a short solo hop with hand luggage they are often the cheaper choice. Our comparison of limo vs Uber vs taxi vs UP Express sets out honestly when each one makes sense, including the train.

How dispatch works, hour by hour
Dispatch is a desk that never closes. It is staffed every hour of the year, including Christmas Day and the small hours of a January storm, and it is reachable by phone, chat and WhatsApp. For an airport pickup, the dispatcher's job starts when the flight leaves its origin: the flight number on the booking is tracked, and if it departs late, the chauffeur's release time moves with it. When the aircraft lands, the chauffeur is already positioned; the included waiting time runs from the actual landing, not the timetable. If a passenger's bag is lost or customs is slow, the passenger messages dispatch, and dispatch tells the chauffeur. If a road closes, dispatch reroutes. The chauffeur drives; dispatch watches everything else. That division of labour is the difference between a transfer that merely happens and one that absorbs the day's surprises without the passenger noticing.
Where the fixed fare comes from
Every price on the reservation engine is a fixed, all-in fare for the exact addresses, date, time and vehicle you choose. It includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if the chauffeur uses the highway, the airport's commercial fees and the gratuity. HST is shown separately, as it must be. There is no meter running in traffic, no surge when it snows and no "fuel surcharge" added later. The fare is calculated from distance, expected time on the road, the vehicle class and the time of day; the reservation engine quotes it before you confirm and that quote is what you pay, unless you add waiting time, stops or extras during the trip. The full planning table is on our rates and fixed fares page, and the fare calculator gives a quick estimate by area and vehicle.
Own fleet and chauffeurs in Toronto and across Ontario
The everyday classes are dispatched by us and driven by chauffeurs who work to our standard: business sedans, first-class sedans, executive SUVs, luxury minivans and fourteen-seat Sprinters. These cover the Greater Toronto Area, the whole of Ontario and the cross-border runs to Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY, Detroit and New York City. When you book one of these classes, the car and chauffeur are ours to assign, and dispatch speaks to the chauffeur directly throughout the trip. You can see each class, with its seats and luggage, on the fleet page. The standard the chauffeurs work to is on the chauffeurs page.
Partner fleets: stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce, party buses and coaches
Some vehicles make no sense for a transfer company to own outright because they are used for a small number of occasions a year. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach cars, limo and party buses, minicoaches and full motorcoaches are fulfilled through vetted partner operators from the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. We say so on every page where it matters, and we say so again when you book. The partner is contracted to the same written standard on licensing, insurance, vehicle condition and chauffeur conduct, the booking stays with us, and dispatch remains your single point of contact. Wedding, party-bus and coach bookings are usually priced in writing by a coordinator because the schedule shapes the price.
Cities outside Ontario: the network
A client who uses us for Pearson often needs a car at the other end: Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Chicago, London. Outside Ontario and our own border runs, those trips are delivered by network affiliates, again through the directory and held to the same standard, but booked, confirmed and supported by us. The traveller deals with one dispatcher and one account; the affiliate provides the local car and chauffeur. For inbound international travellers, our international arrivals pages walk through flights from specific cities into Pearson, including what happens between landing and the curb.
Memberships and what they commit us to
TorontoAirportTransfer.services is a member of LimousineWorldwide.Directory and LimousineAssociation.International. Membership is not an award and we do not present it as one. What it gives a passenger is a set of written standards that we, and any affiliate we use, have agreed to: municipal and provincial licensing, commercial passenger insurance, vehicle age and inspection, chauffeur screening and conduct. Those are the parts of a transfer a passenger cannot check from the back seat, so it matters that someone has put them in writing. The network page explains how affiliates are used and how the standard is applied.
Service area: from the 401 to the border
Our core area is the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area: the old city, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke, and the regions of Peel, York, Durham and Halton. From there we drive everywhere in Ontario that a client needs, from Kitchener-Waterloo and London to Kingston, Ottawa, Muskoka and Niagara. Cross-border, the common runs are to Buffalo Niagara International for US fares, to Niagara Falls NY, to Detroit Metro and to New York City. Each of these has a page with timings, crossings and planning fares; the cities hub is the index.

What the passenger sees, start to finish
- You book on the reservation engine: pickup, drop-off, date, time, vehicle and, for airport pickups, the flight number.
- You receive a confirmation with the fixed fare and the cancellation terms.
- Before the pickup, you receive the chauffeur's name, mobile, vehicle and plate by text.
- At the airport, the chauffeur meets you at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area, or inside the arrivals hall with a name board if you added meet and greet.
- You ride. Water is in the car, the temperature is what you ask for, and the chauffeur takes the route dispatch and the traffic suggest.
- The receipt arrives by email, with HST shown separately.
Included waiting time and why it differs
For international arrivals from outside the United States, sixty minutes of waiting from the actual landing is included in the fare, because customs, the baggage hall and the walk from the gate at Pearson routinely take that long after a long-haul flight. For Canadian domestic arrivals and flights from the US, thirty minutes is included. For a point-to-point pickup such as a hotel or an office, fifteen minutes is included. After those windows, waiting is added in fifteen-minute blocks. In practice most passengers never reach the limit, but when a flight is held on the apron or a bag goes missing, nobody is rushed and nobody is abandoned.
Children, accessibility and the details that matter
Child seats are available on request: infant, convertible and booster, added at booking. Ontario's car-seat rules exempt taxis and buses for hire, but we fit a proper seat for every child who needs one regardless, following the Ontario child car seat guidance. For passengers with reduced mobility, our wheelchair-accessible transfers page explains which vehicles we use and what to tell us at booking. Pets, oversized luggage, ski bags and golf clubs are all fine with notice; the right vehicle class handles most of them.
How we handle complaints
Things occasionally go wrong in transport: a chauffeur takes a slower route, a car arrives with a smudged window, a pickup instruction is misread. When that happens, write to us or tell dispatch, and give us the booking reference. A person, not an auto-responder, reads it, pulls the trip record (the timings, the flight data, the chauffeur's notes and the GPS track) and replies with what happened and what we are doing about it. Where we fell short of the fare you paid for, we say so and make it right, usually by a credit or a partial or full refund depending on the failure. Where a partner fleet was involved, we take it up with the partner; you do not have to.
Cancellations, changes and the sitewide policy
Plans change, and the policy is the same on every booking. More than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup, cancellation is free. At 72 hours or less, the charge is 10 % of the fare; at 48 hours or less, 50 %; at 24 hours or less, or for a no-show, 100 %. Changes to time, address or vehicle are free whenever we can accommodate them. A flight delay or cancellation on the airline's side is not a no-show: tell dispatch and the pickup is moved to your new arrival.
What we will not claim
You will not find invented awards, review counts, founding stories or statistics about ourselves on this site. We are not affiliated with Toronto Pearson, the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, PortsToronto, any airline or any venue we drive to; they are places where our passengers need to be. When we describe how Pearson works, we link to the airport's own transportation page so you can check it, and when we mention train and bus alternatives we link to UP Express and the TTC. We would rather lose a booking to the train than win it with a claim we cannot stand behind.
How to book or ask a question
The reservation engine is on every page and on the booking page: it prices instantly for sedans, SUVs, vans, Sprinters and hourly chauffeur time. For weddings, party buses, coaches or multi-vehicle groups, send the details and a coordinator will price it in writing. If you are a company moving staff and clients regularly, a corporate account puts everything on one invoice. For anything else, dispatch answers day and night.
