The Toronto airport fare calculator gives a planning figure for a private transfer between Toronto Pearson and 31 destinations, by vehicle class, one way or return, with meet and greet and child seats. Figures are all-in - chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls where used, the airport fee and gratuity - plus HST. The reservation engine below turns the estimate into an exact fixed fare for your address, date and time.
How the calculator works
Each destination has a planning band for a business sedan, drawn from the same table as our rates page. The vehicle multiplier then adjusts for a first-class sedan, an executive SUV, a luxury minivan or a fourteen-seat Sprinter. A return doubles the transfer; the add-ons are listed at their planning ranges. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce, party buses and coaches are not in the calculator because they are planned by a coordinator - see stretch limo rental and party buses.
Why a fixed fare instead of a meter
A metered taxi or a rideshare app prices the journey after it happens: traffic on the 401, a closure on the Gardiner or a surge after a delayed flight all land on the passenger. A fixed fare prices it before you travel. For the comparison with Pearson's own stand taxis, metered cabs, rideshare and the UP Express, read the Toronto airport taxi and limo fare guide and limo vs Uber vs taxi vs UP Express. Pearson publishes its own ground-transportation options on the Toronto Pearson transportation page.
What is always included
Flight tracking, 60 minutes of waiting from landing on international flights from outside the US and 30 on Canadian domestic and US flights, curbside pickup at the terminal's pre-arranged pickup area, luggage handling, bottled water and the gratuity. Waiting beyond that is charged in 15-minute blocks and is rare, because the chauffeur is timed to the real landing.
