Yes. The price you confirm is the price you pay: no surge after a delayed flight, no meter in traffic, nothing added at the curb. Only extras you choose - meet and greet, an extra stop, waiting beyond the included time - change it, and those are listed before you book.

Nothing you need to do. Every airport pickup is flight-tracked, so the chauffeur is re-timed to the real landing. Sixty minutes of waiting is included from landing on international flights from outside the US, and thirty on Canadian domestic and US flights, so customs and the baggage carousel are covered.

The fare includes a curbside pickup at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area: text the chauffeur when you have your bags and the car comes to the door. If you'd like the chauffeur waiting inside the arrivals hall with a name board, add meet and greet when you book.

Yes - Billy Bishop, Hamilton, Waterloo, London, Oshawa, Ottawa, Kingston, Windsor, Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY, Detroit and Montreal, plus Union Station, VIA and GO stations and the private terminals at Pearson and Billy Bishop. Each has its own page with the pickup point and fares.

Yes. Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request - add them when you book, with the children's ages, and they are fitted before the pickup. You are welcome to bring your own; the chauffeur will help install it.

More than 72 hours before pickup: no charge. 72 hours or less: 10 %. 48 hours or less: 50 %. 24 hours or less, or a no-show: 100 %. Times are measured from the scheduled pickup on your confirmation.

Yes. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach, party buses and coaches are supplied through vetted partner fleets and planned by a coordinator, who confirms vehicles, timings and the fare in writing.

On the reservation engine on any page or at /book/: enter the pickup and drop-off (or the hours), the date and your flight number, choose the vehicle, see the fixed fare and confirm. You can also call, WhatsApp or email dispatch at any hour.

Airport transfers can usually be booked the same day, but 24 hours ahead guarantees the vehicle class. For long weekends, TIFF, Pride, the holidays and March Break, book several days ahead; weddings, proms and party buses weeks or months ahead.

A business or first-class sedan takes three passengers and three large cases; an executive SUV or luxury minivan six and six; a Sprinter fourteen and fourteen. Ski bags, golf clubs, strollers and wheelchairs: tell us when you book.

Yes - any address in Ontario, including every downtown hotel, Union Station, VIA and GO stations and the Union Station Bus Terminal.

Yes. We drive to Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY, Detroit and New York City. Every passenger needs valid documents for the United States and for re-entry to Canada.

Yes, the fixed fare includes the chauffeur's gratuity. Extra tips for exceptional service are welcome but never expected.

By card when you book. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly after approval.
