For a Seoul Incheon to Toronto Pearson arrival, TorontoAirportTransfer.services tracks your Korean Air or Air Canada flight and includes 60 minutes of waiting from the real landing. Pearson to North York is a planning figure of $105–135 in a business sedan and downtown Toronto, including Koreatown on Bloor Street, $130–160, all-in before HST, confirmed before you book.
Seoul to Toronto Pearson: a fixed-fare car waiting
The Seoul to Toronto Pearson route is one of the best-served links between Canada and Asia, and plenty of travellers use it as their gateway to North America. Booking the car in advance is straightforward. Enter the flight number and drop-off address, choose a vehicle and confirm one all-in price that covers the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, airport fees, any 407 toll and gratuity, with HST shown separately. The flight is tracked from Incheon, so an early landing is covered and a delay costs nothing extra. You get the chauffeur's name and mobile number the evening before and a message with their position when you land.
Korean Air and Air Canada non-stops
At the time of writing, both Korean Air and Air Canada fly non-stop between Seoul Incheon and Toronto Pearson, each once a day, on Boeing 787 aircraft. The westbound flight from Seoul is usually scheduled at around thirteen and a half hours, while the flight to Seoul is longer, about fifteen hours. Schedules change by season, so check your own ticket. Travellers from elsewhere in Asia often connect at Incheon onto the Toronto flight; in that case, the flight we need is the Incheon–Toronto sector. Incheon International Airport publishes transfer and terminal information for the Seoul end.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 at Pearson
Air Canada flights arrive at Terminal 1 with most Star Alliance carriers. Korean Air, a SkyTeam member, has generally used Terminal 3. Codeshares complicate things: a Korean Air ticket may be operated by Air Canada and the reverse, so the terminal follows the operating airline, not the name on your receipt. Check your boarding pass or run the flight through the terminal finder. Tell us the operating airline at booking and the chauffeur heads to the right place. If plans change on the day, the free Terminal Link train connects the two terminals in a few minutes.

Where Korean visitors head in the GTA
Toronto's Korean community has two main centres. The original Koreatown runs along Bloor Street West between Bathurst and Christie, close to the University of Toronto's St. George campus, with restaurants, cafés and grocers that have anchored the neighbourhood for decades. The larger community today is in North York, where Yonge Street from around Sheppard up through Finch to Steeles, and on into Thornhill, is lined with Korean restaurants, churches, academies and supermarkets. Many visitors are staying with family in Willowdale or Thornhill, and many students are heading downtown or to York University. See the North York car service and downtown Toronto pages for timings.
eTA for South Korean passport holders
Citizens of the Republic of Korea are on Canada's eTA-required list, so they apply online for an Electronic Travel Authorization before flying rather than for a visitor visa. Apply only through the Government of Canada's official eTA page; unofficial sites charge extra fees. Students and workers arriving on permits, working holiday participants and new permanent residents have additional steps at the airport, and first-time permit holders collect their permit from an officer at Pearson. Canada's entry requirements by country page is the reference for other passports.

Thirteen hours behind: dealing with jet lag
Seoul is thirteen hours ahead of Toronto during Canadian daylight time and fourteen hours ahead in winter, since Korea does not change its clocks. That is close to a complete reversal, and it hits hard on arrival. A flight that lands at Pearson in the late morning feels like the middle of the night. Book the car before you travel so the first hour in Canada needs no decisions, drink water on the drive, and try to stay in daylight until the evening. Business travellers often choose a first-class sedan to rest in the back; families usually prefer the space of a van.
Customs at Pearson
After landing, follow signs to Canada Border Services Agency inspection. Kiosks or eGates process most travellers first, followed by a short check with an officer. Declare all food, plant and animal products, including kimchi, gochujang, dried seaweed, ginseng, rice cakes and snacks, and declare currency or monetary instruments of CAN$10,000 or more. Many packaged items are allowed once declared; some meat products are not. The CBSA website sets out the rules. Declaring is fast; failing to declare can mean fines. Completing the optional ArriveCAN Advance Declaration before landing speeds up the kiosk.
Included waiting after landing
International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from the aircraft's actual landing time, enough for most travellers to clear inspection and collect bags. Students collecting a study permit, working holiday participants and new permanent residents may need longer at the immigration office; message dispatch and the chauffeur waits. Waiting beyond that first hour is charged in 15-minute blocks, and dispatch warns you before the first block begins. The standard fare meets you at the curb, in the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area. The pickup rules guide explains how it works at each terminal.
Meet & greet for students and families
For a planning figure of $25–35, meet & greet puts the chauffeur in the arrivals hall with a name board. It is the add-on we recommend for students arriving in Canada for the first time, grandparents visiting family in North York and anyone who will not have a Canadian phone number on landing. Tell us at booking if the traveller would prefer written instructions in Korean; we send the booking details in writing so they can show them, and the family member who booked gets every update. If airline wheelchair assistance is arranged, note it and the chauffeur meets the agent at the exit. Details are on the meet and greet service page.
Students: U of T, York and beyond
Seoul sends many students to Toronto: undergraduates and graduate students at the University of Toronto, York University and Toronto Metropolitan University, language-school students, and high-school students living with homestay families across North York, Richmond Hill and Mississauga. A homestay arrival usually means a specific address, a host family waiting and a child travelling alone; the booking notes are the place to put the host's name and number. For minors, we can arrange for the chauffeur to meet an airline escort in the arrivals hall with meet & greet, with handover details agreed in advance.

Roads from Pearson to North York and downtown
North York sits across the top of the city on the 401. Outside rush hour the drive to Yonge and Sheppard or Finch is 25 to 35 minutes; at weekday peak it can double. Koreatown on Bloor West is reached via the 427 and Gardiner or via the 401 and Allen Road, depending on traffic, typically 30 to 45 minutes. For Thornhill and Richmond Hill, the chauffeur may use the 407 toll route; the toll is inside the fare. Winter snow slows everything from December to March; conditions are on Ontario 511.
Vehicle choice and luggage
A business sedan takes three passengers and three large bags. Students with two big suitcases each, families on a summer visit and anyone relocating will want an executive SUV or luxury van, each rated for six passengers and six large bags. A Sprinter carries fourteen for church groups, sports teams or tour parties arriving together. Child seats (infant, convertible, booster) are available on request at booking and required by Ontario law in private vehicles; the province's car seat guide explains which to choose. The fleet page shows each vehicle class.
Continuing to the United States or elsewhere in Ontario
Some travellers use the Seoul–Toronto flight as a gateway to Niagara Falls, Buffalo or further into the United States. Niagara Falls is a planning figure of $345–420 in a business sedan from Pearson, and the Buffalo airport $390–480, all-in before HST. Crossing into the US needs the right US entry documents for each passenger. The cross-border limo page explains the process, and the Niagara Falls tours page covers day trips after you have recovered from the flight.
The return flight to Seoul
Add the departure leg to the same booking. Pickup times are suggested automatically, working back from your departure with the three-hour long-haul check-in window and the traffic expected at that hour from your address. Air Canada departs from Terminal 1 and Korean Air has generally used Terminal 3; check your booking. From North York on a weekday afternoon, allow for the 401. The guide on how early to arrive at Pearson breaks the timing down by departure hour and terminal.
Chuseok, Seollal and school holidays
Travel between Seoul and Toronto rises around Seollal (Lunar New Year), Chuseok in early autumn, the Korean school vacations and the Canadian summer. Those weeks bring full flights, busier arrivals halls and families carrying gifts in both directions. Book early, allow for a longer immigration line and consider a van rather than a sedan when relatives are arriving together.
Business arrivals from Seoul
Korean manufacturers, technology companies and banks have offices and partners across the GTA, from downtown towers to Mississauga and Markham. Executives landing from Incheon often go straight to a meeting or a hotel near the office. A corporate car service account gives central billing and receipts by email, and a chauffeur by the hour, from a three-hour minimum, covers a day of visits without you arranging each ride.
Before you board in Seoul
- Save the Canadian address in English and Korean, plus a local contact number.
- Confirm the operating airline of your flight so we can confirm the Pearson terminal.
- Keep passport, eTA confirmation or permit letter and medicines in your cabin bag.
- Arrange roaming or a Canadian eSIM before landing.
- Put the departure transfer on the same booking; it can be cancelled free until 72 hours before pickup.
Cancellation and flight changes
If the airline retimes or cancels your flight, update the flight number and the pickup moves with it; that is not a cancellation. Your own cancellation is charged on a sliding scale measured from pickup: nothing beyond 72 hours, 10 % within 72, 50 % within 48, and the whole fare within 24 hours or if nobody shows.
