For a Delhi to Toronto Pearson arrival, book a car with TorontoAirportTransfer.services using your Air India or connecting flight number: the chauffeur is timed to the real landing, and 60 minutes of waiting is included for immigration and bags. Pearson to Brampton is a planning figure of $100–130 in a business sedan, all-in before HST; a van for parents and six suitcases is about $120–165.
Delhi to Toronto Pearson: the ride home, arranged in advance
Few routes carry as many family reunions as Delhi to Toronto Pearson, and few passengers arrive with as much luggage. Booking the car in advance takes the guesswork out of the last half-hour. Enter the flight number, the drop-off address and the number of bags, and the reservation engine shows one fixed price that already covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, airport fees, any 407 toll and gratuity, with HST shown separately. You can add child seats, a stop at a relative's house on the way or meet & greet inside the arrivals hall. If you are booking for parents while you are at work, the confirmation and the chauffeur's details come to you as well.
Airlines on the Delhi–Toronto route
Air India is the main non-stop carrier between Indira Gandhi International and Toronto. From 1 August 2026 the airline moved all its Delhi–Toronto flights to new Boeing 787-9 aircraft flying non-stop, replacing a routing that had required a fuel stop in Vienna, and it has announced ten flights a week for the 2026–27 winter season. Air Canada has also served Delhi, and its India schedule varies by season; check the current timetable on Air Canada's site. Plenty of travellers fly one-stop through London, Frankfurt, Dubai, Doha or Istanbul when dates or fares work better. Whatever the routing, give us the flight that actually lands in Toronto. The Delhi airport site has terminal information for the Delhi end.
Which terminal at Pearson for Delhi flights
Air India and Air Canada are both Star Alliance members, and Air Canada and most Star Alliance carriers use Terminal 1 at Pearson. If you connected on another airline, you may land at Terminal 3 instead. Always check the terminal on your boarding pass, or look up the flight in the terminal finder. Tell us the operating airline when you book and the chauffeur goes straight to the right place; if the airline swaps something on the day, a message to dispatch sorts it out, and the free Terminal Link train connects the two terminals.

Brampton, Malton and the Peel Region
A large share of Delhi passengers are heading for the Peel Region, and it is the shortest trip we run from Pearson. Brampton has one of the largest South Asian communities in Canada, and Malton, on the airport's doorstep in Mississauga, has long been a first address for families from Punjab and across North India. Gurdwaras, grocers and sweet shops line streets that are fifteen to thirty minutes from the terminal, depending on the neighbourhood and the hour. Chauffeurs use Airport Road, Highway 410 or Highway 427 depending on traffic. See the Brampton car service page for timings to Springdale, Bramalea, Castlemore and Mount Pleasant.
Parents arriving on a visitor visa or super visa
Indian citizens need a visitor visa to travel to Canada; India is on the visa-required list, not the eTA list. Many parents and grandparents come on the parent and grandparent super visa, which allows long stays, and arrive with the particular mix of documents, medicines and gifts that goes with it. Canada's entry requirements by country page and the IRCC site are the official references; we cannot give immigration advice. What we can do is plan the car well. Older travellers usually prefer the luxury van for its low step and sliding door, and meet & greet puts a chauffeur with a name board in the arrivals hall so no one has to hunt for the car.

Students arriving from Delhi
Every term brings a wave of new students from India, many starting at colleges and universities in Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Kitchener-Waterloo and further afield. First-time students usually receive their study permit from an officer at the airport, which can take longer than the regular inspection line, especially when several flights from South Asia land close together. The included 60 minutes of waiting starts at the actual landing time; if the permit process runs over, message dispatch and the chauffeur holds, with additional waiting billed in 15-minute blocks after we tell you. Students sharing a ride to the same campus can split the fare on one booking, and a van takes four with two suitcases each.
Customs: declaring food and gifts
Suitcases from Delhi often carry sweets, spices, pickles, dried fruit, ghee and homemade snacks. All food, plant and animal products must be declared to the CBSA on arrival; many items are allowed once declared, some are not, and declaring is what keeps you out of trouble. Currency and monetary instruments of CAN$10,000 or more must also be declared. The optional Advance Declaration in ArriveCAN can save a few minutes at the kiosk. After inspection comes the baggage hall, and on a wide-body flight with many heavy bags, the belt is rarely quick. Take two trolleys if you have six cases.
How the 60-minute wait covers you
The chauffeur's clock starts when the aircraft lands, not when the booking said it would. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from that moment, enough for most passengers to clear inspection and collect bags. Early landings are covered because the flight is tracked; late ones cost nothing because the waiting period only begins at touchdown. You receive a message when you land with the chauffeur's position. Pickup is at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area unless you have added meet & greet, in which case the chauffeur is inside the arrivals hall.
Meet & greet for parents travelling alone
When mum and dad are flying alone from Delhi and you are stuck at work in Mississauga, meet & greet is the add-on that lets you relax. For a planning figure of $25–35, the chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, handles the trolley and escorts them to the car. If the airline is providing wheelchair assistance, note it at booking; the chauffeur then meets the airline agent at the exit. You get a message when they are in the car and another when they arrive. Details are on the meet and greet service page, and the family visits and reunions page covers larger gatherings.
Wedding season and big family groups
Between November and February, many Toronto families travel to India for weddings and come back together, sometimes twenty relatives on the same flight. A Sprinter carries fourteen passengers and fourteen bags, and two vehicles on one booking can cover the rest; everyone is loaded at the same curb and dropped at one or several addresses. For groups bringing wedding clothes, gifts and extra luggage, add a vehicle rather than squeezing. Coaches for very large parties are provided through vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and priced in writing by a coordinator. The Sprinter group transportation page has the capacities.

Night arrivals, winter roads
Flights from India often land at Pearson in the early morning or late evening, and delays can move them further. At those hours the roads to Brampton and Mississauga are clear and the ride is short. Winter is the variable: between December and March, snow and ice can slow the 410 and 427, and a Delhi traveller in a light jacket feels minus fifteen on the curb immediately. Keep a sweater and coat in the cabin bag. Vehicles are warmed before pickup and run on winter tires. Dispatch checks road conditions on Ontario 511 before every early-morning job.
Going further: Kitchener, Hamilton and Surrey-bound connections
Some Delhi passengers are not stopping in Toronto at all. Students heading to Kitchener-Waterloo, families in Hamilton or Cambridge and relatives in London, Ontario, can book the whole ride from the arrivals curb: Kitchener-Waterloo is a planning figure of $265–325 and Hamilton $195–240 in a business sedan, all-in before HST. For onward domestic flights, remember that Air Canada and WestJet connections may leave from different terminals; check before you book the car. The long-distance car service page explains fares further afield.
The return trip to Delhi
For the flight back, book the departure leg in the same reservation. The engine suggests a pickup time from your address and the three-hour check-in window airlines recommend on long-haul flights. From Brampton a late-evening departure usually means a pickup in the late afternoon; add time in winter or on a long weekend. Suitcases going back to India are often heavier than those coming out, so keep the van. Check the airline's baggage allowance before packing, and see how early to arrive at Pearson for timing by departure hour.
Practical tips for Delhi arrivals
- Keep passports, visas, permit letters and medicines in the cabin bag, not the checked luggage.
- Write the Canadian address and a family phone number on paper as well as on the phone.
- Add a child seat at booking if grandchildren are riding along; Ontario requires one in private vehicles.
- If a bag is missing, report it at the airline desk in the baggage hall before leaving, then tell dispatch.
- Book the return leg now; cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup.
Booking for someone else from Canada
Many Delhi arrivals are booked by a son or daughter in the GTA. Enter the traveller's name exactly as on the passport, add your own mobile number as the contact, and note any language preference in the booking. You receive the chauffeur's details, a landing alert and a drop-off confirmation, so you know your parents are home without leaving the office.
Cancellation policy
If the airline changes your flight, update the number and the pickup moves with it; that is not a cancellation. If you cancel the ride, it is free more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup, 10 % within 72 hours, 50 % within 48 hours and 100 % within 24 hours or for a no-show. The FAQ page sets out the details.
