For a Doha to Toronto Pearson arrival, TorontoAirportTransfer.services tracks your Qatar Airways or connecting flight, sends the chauffeur for the real landing time and includes 60 minutes of waiting after an international arrival. A business sedan to downtown Toronto is a planning figure of $130–160 all-in before HST, and Scarborough is about $145–175. The reservation engine shows the exact fare before you book.
Doha to Toronto Pearson in one booking
The Doha to Toronto Pearson route has become a real option only recently. Qatar Airways began non-stop flights between Hamad International and Toronto in late October 2025, and the flight number most often seen on arrival boards is QR767. Frequency has changed with the seasons since launch, so check your own ticket rather than relying on any schedule you read online, including ours. What does not change is how the ground leg works: you give the reservation engine your flight number and drop-off address, choose a vehicle, and confirm one all-in price covering the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, airport fees, 407 tolls if used and gratuity. HST appears separately. The car is then planned around the aircraft, not around a guess.
Who is on the Doha flight
Hamad International is one of the great connecting airports, and the Toronto flight reflects it. Alongside Qatari residents and Canadians returning from the Gulf, you will find travellers who began their journey in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, East Africa, the wider Middle East and South Asia, with a single connection in Doha. That mix affects everything from the length of the immigration line to the amount of luggage coming off the carousel. It also means many passengers are heading to family: in Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, Etobicoke and beyond. Hamad International publishes connection and transit information at the Doha end if you are still planning the routing.
Terminal at Pearson for Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways has been arriving at Terminal 3 at Pearson, according to the schedule data available when this page was written. Terminal allocations do change, and if you booked a codeshare on another airline's ticket the operating carrier can differ from the name on your receipt. Look at the terminal on your boarding pass, or check with the terminal finder before you fly. Give us the operating airline when you book; the chauffeur goes to the right building, and the free Terminal Link train fixes any last-minute mix-up in a few minutes.

Eleven time zones in one night
Doha is seven hours ahead of Toronto during Canadian summer time and eight hours ahead in winter, since Qatar keeps its clocks fixed. Add a first flight into Doha from Karachi, Colombo or Nairobi, a layover at Hamad and a thirteen-to-fourteen-hour sector across the Atlantic, and many travellers have been moving for close to a full day by the time the wheels touch the runway at Pearson. A chauffeured car means one fewer decision at the moment you are least able to make it well. The chauffeur already has the address, the route is chosen on live traffic, and the only thing you need to do after customs is find the car at the commercial pickup area.
Canada entry for Doha passengers
Rules depend on citizenship. Qatari citizens are on the eTA-required list and apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization before flying; the official eTA page is the only place to apply. Many passengers connecting through Doha hold passports from countries that need a visitor visa, a study permit or a work permit instead, and some are arriving as new permanent residents. Canada's entry requirements by country page is the reference; the airline checks documents before boarding in Doha. For our purposes, the key point is timing: first arrivals on a permit, and new permanent residents completing landing formalities, can spend noticeably longer in the arrivals area than a returning Canadian.
Customs and the landing formalities
Once off the aircraft, follow the signs to Canada Border Services Agency inspection. Kiosks or eGates handle the first step for most travellers, and a border officer then reviews documents. Food must be declared, including rice, spices, dates, sweets and anything homemade, and so must currency or monetary instruments of CAN$10,000 or more; the CBSA explains what is and is not allowed. Travellers receiving a work or study permit, or completing permanent residence, are directed to an immigration office in the arrivals area. That can take a while on a busy afternoon. Message dispatch if you are sent there; the chauffeur adjusts, and we are open about any extra waiting before it is billed.

How the included 60 minutes works
Every international arrival includes 60 minutes of waiting from the actual landing time. On a straightforward Doha arrival that is ample: taxi to the gate, walk to inspection, collect bags, walk out. If you are in a permit line or the baggage belt is slow, send a message and the chauffeur holds. Beyond the free hour, waiting is billed in 15-minute blocks, and you are told before it begins. A flight that lands late costs nothing extra, because the clock only starts when the aircraft does. For the full picture of where cars wait and where passengers walk, see the Pearson pickup rules guide.
Meet & greet for new arrivals
Curbside pickup at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area is what the fare includes. For someone landing in Canada for the first time, meet & greet is the add-on we suggest most often. For a planning figure of $25–35 the chauffeur stands in the arrivals hall with a name board, takes the trolley and walks the passenger to the car. It removes the moment of uncertainty at the exit doors, and it matters when a newly arrived student or a parent does not have a working phone yet. Families in Canada often book it for a relative and track the booking themselves; the chauffeur's details come to whoever made the reservation.
Scarborough, Mississauga and the drive across the city
Doha passengers head in every direction, but Scarborough and the Peel Region come up again and again. Scarborough is on the far side of the city from Pearson, and the 401 across the top of Toronto is one of the busiest highways in North America; at rush hour the drive can double. Chauffeurs weigh the 401 collector and express lanes against the 407 toll route, which runs north of the city and often saves real time to Scarborough's north end, Markham or Pickering. Mississauga and Brampton are much closer and rarely more than half an hour away. Etobicoke, just south of the airport, is the shortest ride of all. See the Scarborough car service page for neighbourhood-by-neighbourhood timings.
Choosing a vehicle for the Doha route
Qatar Airways' economy allowance on long-haul routes is generous, and passengers use it. A sedan takes three passengers and three large bags; the fourth bag usually means an executive SUV or a luxury van, both rated for six and six. A family returning after a year in Doha, or a relative arriving with gifts for everyone, will want the van: sliding doors, a low floor and more room for boxes. For a whole family group meeting several arrivals at once, a Sprinter carries fourteen. Child seats are on request at booking, and Ontario requires them in private vehicles. Browse the classes on the fleet page before choosing.
Arriving on a connection through Doha
If Doha is only your connection point, the flight we need is the Qatar Airways sector into Toronto. When the first flight into Doha runs late and you miss the connection, Qatar Airways usually rebooks you on the next departure; update the flight number with dispatch and the car moves with it. If you end up rerouted through Europe on a partner airline, the terminal may change too. The guide to arriving in Canada at Pearson covers the steps from gate to curb in more detail, including where to go if a bag does not arrive.

Evening and late arrivals
Long-haul arrivals from the Gulf often land in the afternoon or evening in Toronto, and delays can push them later. A late-evening arrival has advantages: the roads are clear, and the drive downtown is often 25 minutes. It also has drawbacks, since transit thins out and a newcomer with heavy bags would struggle on the UP Express and subway at 11 pm. Our dispatch desk is staffed 24/7, and a pickup at 1 am is handled in exactly the same way as one at noon. If you are arriving very late, tell the hotel in advance so the room is held.
Going onward from Toronto
Not every Doha passenger stops in the GTA. Some continue to Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London or Ottawa, and some cross into the United States. Long-distance transfers are available at fixed planning figures: Kitchener-Waterloo $265–325, London $445–520, Ottawa $975–1,125 for a business sedan, all-in before HST. For the border, the cross-border limo page explains Buffalo and Niagara runs and the documents each passenger needs for the US side.
The flight back to Doha
For the return, add the departure leg to the same booking. The engine suggests a pickup time using your address, the time of day and the three-hour check-in window most long-haul airlines recommend. From Scarborough on a weekday afternoon, allow for the 401; from Etobicoke you are close enough to cut it finer. If you are carrying more on the way home than you came with, which is common, book the same size of vehicle or larger. Our page on how early to arrive at Pearson sets out the timing by departure hour.
Ramadan, Eid and holiday travel peaks
Travel between the Gulf and Toronto swells around Eid holidays, the Canadian summer break, Christmas and the March school break. Those are the weeks when flights run full, immigration halls are busiest and bags take longest to appear. Book the car as soon as the flight is ticketed, choose a vehicle with room to spare for gifts, and expect the included waiting hour to be well used.
Changes, cancellations and flight disruptions
If Qatar Airways retimes or cancels your flight, update the booking with the new flight number and the pickup moves; that is not treated as a cancellation. If you cancel yourself, the sitewide rule applies: free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10 % within 72 hours, 50 % within 48 hours, and 100 % within 24 hours or for a no-show. All times are measured from the scheduled pickup, so book early and keep your options open.
