TorontoAirportTransfer.services books Rolls-Royce chauffeur service in Toronto, including the Ghost and Phantom, and Mercedes-Maybach with a professional chauffeur. These cars come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and we say so plainly. Planning figures start from $525 an hour with a three-hour minimum, all in plus HST, confirmed in writing before you book.
Rolls-Royce chauffeur Toronto: how the service works
Very few chauffeured car companies in Toronto own a Rolls-Royce, and we are not one of them. The Ghosts, Phantoms and Maybachs we book are owned and maintained by specialist partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, which vets members against written standards. We match your date and requirements to a partner car, confirm the exact vehicle, colour and chauffeur, and handle the booking, timings and any changes with you.
What you get is the car you asked for, in the condition you expect, with a chauffeur in a dark suit who opens the doors, manages the umbrella and keeps to the schedule. What you do not get is a car described as "Rolls-Royce or similar". If the specific car you want is not available on your date, we tell you and offer the real alternatives.
Prices for Rolls-Royce and Maybach hire
Rolls-Royce hire is priced by the hour. The planning figure is from $525 an hour, three-hour minimum, all in plus HST, covering the chauffeur, fuel and gratuity. Peak Saturdays in wedding season (June to September), New Year's Eve and exclusive-use bookings where the car is held all day can run higher; the coordinator confirms the full price in writing before you pay a deposit.
A Mercedes-Maybach is usually priced a little below a Rolls-Royce and above our own first-class sedans. For comparison, our own first-class sedan (S-Class or 7 Series) costs roughly 50 % more than a business sedan, and a business sedan hour is $130–150. If you want luxury without the rarity premium, a first-class sedan or an executive SUV may be the smarter spend. The rates page sets out all hourly bands.
| Vehicle | Seats (comfortable) | Typical use | Planning figure |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rolls-Royce Ghost | 3 passengers | Weddings, anniversaries, arrivals | From $525/h, 3 h min (partner) |
| Rolls-Royce Phantom | 3 passengers | Formal weddings, milestone events | From $525/h, confirmed in writing (partner) |
| Mercedes-Maybach S-Class | 3 passengers | Executive and VIP arrivals | Quoted in writing (partner) |
| First-class sedan (S-Class / 7 Series) | 3 passengers | Business, date nights | About +50 % on sedan rate (own fleet) |
| Stretch limousine | 8–10 passengers | Bridal party, groups | $225–330/h, 4 h min (partner) |
Minimums, deposits and what is included
Every Rolls-Royce booking has a minimum of three hours, measured from when the car leaves the partner's garage to when it is released, and some Saturday wedding bookings carry a longer minimum because the car cannot be booked twice that day. Time runs in the partner's block increments; the coordinator will confirm the exact figure.
A deposit secures the car, and the balance is settled before the event. Included: the chauffeur in formal attire, fuel, a fully detailed car, bottled water and, on weddings, ribbons in your colour if requested in advance. Not included: decorations beyond ribbons, champagne (alcohol rules below) or extra hours beyond the booking, which are charged in the agreed increments.
Weddings in a Rolls-Royce
Weddings are the most common reason clients book a Rolls-Royce. The classic plan is simple: the car collects the bride and a parent from home, takes them to the ceremony, waits for the photographs, then carries the couple to the photo location and reception. A three- to five-hour booking usually covers it.
Plan the timings with your photographer. Allow 15 minutes at each stop for photos with the car, and remember that a Rolls-Royce is not a fast car through downtown traffic on a Saturday in June. For the bridal party, pair the Rolls-Royce with a stretch limousine or a Sprinter. Our wedding limo page covers the full wedding day plan, and Toronto venues like Casa Loma welcome cars on arranged schedules.

Anniversaries, birthdays and proposals
A milestone anniversary, a 50th or 60th birthday or a surprise proposal are occasions where the car becomes part of the memory. For these, the evening plan is usually dinner downtown or in Yorkville, perhaps a drive past the waterfront and the CN Tower at night, and home.
The chauffeur can hold a gift or flowers in the car, time a surprise pickup and wait discreetly around the corner. For ideas and timings, see our anniversary limo, birthday limo and date night and proposals pages. Evening bookings are typically three to four hours.
VIP and executive arrivals in a Maybach or Rolls-Royce
For a chairman's arrival at Pearson, a visiting dignitary or a company celebrating a landmark deal, a Maybach or Rolls-Royce makes the point. Airport pickups follow the same flight tracking as any other booking; the chauffeur meets the passenger at the commercial pickup area or, with meet and greet, in the arrivals hall.
Where discretion matters more than display, a black Maybach is less conspicuous than a Phantom. For principals who need planning, confidentiality agreements or security coordination, see VIP and executive protection. For arrivals by private jet, our FBO transfers page explains how cars meet aircraft.
Exotic chauffeur Toronto: beyond the Rolls-Royce
People searching for an exotic chauffeur in Toronto sometimes want something different: a Bentley, a classic car for a vintage-themed wedding, or a particular colour. Our partner network includes some of these, and availability changes by season. Tell us what you have in mind and the date, and the coordinator will say honestly whether a chauffeured version exists.
Note that many high-performance sports cars are two-seaters that are not offered with a chauffeur, and self-drive exotic rental is a different service from what we provide. We only book cars that come with a professional chauffeur and appropriate commercial insurance.
Choosing between a Ghost and a Phantom
The Ghost is the more modern, slightly smaller Rolls-Royce, elegant and comfortable for up to three passengers in the rear and front passenger seat. The Phantom is the flagship: longer, more formal and more imposing in photographs, with the rear-hinged coach doors that make a memorable entrance.
For a wedding with a full gown, the Phantom's rear cabin is more generous. For a city evening or an arrival where you want less attention, the Ghost suits better. Model years, colours and interior finishes vary by partner car; we send photographs of the actual vehicle you are booking, not a catalogue image, once the booking is confirmed.

Care of the car: what to know on the day
A Rolls-Royce is a car the chauffeur is responsible for, and a few rules keep everyone happy. Confetti and glitter inside the car are usually not allowed; confetti outside for photos is fine. Food in the cabin is limited. Bouquets with pollen-heavy lilies should be held carefully over light upholstery. Smoking and vaping are never allowed.
Damage or excessive cleaning is charged at cost by the partner operator, explained in the written quote. None of this is meant to spoil the day; it just means the car will look exactly as good in your photographs as it did when it arrived.
Alcohol and champagne rules
Ontario has strict rules about alcohol in vehicles. Open alcohol is not allowed in private cars; licensed limousine operators may allow passengers to consume alcohol only under the conditions of Ontario's liquor laws and their own policies. Some Rolls-Royce partners do not permit any alcohol in the car at all, whatever the law allows.
If a champagne toast matters, plan it outside the car: at the ceremony site, a photo location or the reception. The coordinator will confirm each partner's policy in writing, and chauffeurs will always refuse to carry intoxicated passengers who put the car or themselves at risk.
Planning the route and timings
Rolls-Royce cars are long, heavy and not designed for tight downtown turns or narrow residential lanes. The chauffeur and coordinator check the pickup and drop-off addresses in advance, including driveways, church steps and hotel entrances, and plan the day in realistic time blocks: allow at least 30 minutes between downtown venues on a Saturday afternoon.
On busy weekends such as TIFF in September or the Caribbean Carnival in summer, road closures affect downtown routes; we check City of Toronto notices and Destination Toronto event listings before confirming timings.
Photo locations that work with a Rolls-Royce
Some of Toronto's favourite photo backdrops suit a long car better than others. The cobbled lanes of the Distillery District look wonderful behind a Phantom, but the car stays on the surrounding streets rather than inside the pedestrian lanes, so plan a short walk. The grand entrance of the Fairmont Royal York opposite Union Station has a classic hotel-front feel, though stopping on Front Street is brief and timed. Casa Loma's driveway, Toronto Island views from the waterfront and the gardens at Edwards Gardens or Graydon Hall are other regulars.
Check with each location whether photography permits are needed and when the car may stop; many venues and parks have their own rules. Give the chauffeur the list in order with realistic times, and the coordinator will confirm the car can reach each spot. If a location is not practical for a large car, we will say so before the day rather than on the day.
Weather and seasonal availability
Rolls-Royces run year round, but winter salt and snow mean some partners limit certain cars from December to March. If your wedding or event is in winter, book early and ask whether the specific car will be available. In heavy snow or ice storms, the partner may substitute a comparable car to protect safety, and the coordinator will tell you before the day.
Summer Saturdays book out months in advance. For June to September weddings, reserve as soon as you have your date. Midweek and Sunday bookings are easier and sometimes priced more gently.
Combining a Rolls-Royce with the rest of your transport
Most clients book the Rolls-Royce for the principal couple or guest of honour and other vehicles for everyone else. We coordinate all of it under one plan: the Rolls-Royce, a stretch limousine or Sprinter for the wedding party, and sedans or SUVs to take family home at the end of the night. Airport transfers for guests flying in can be booked on the same account.
One coordinator, one timetable and one invoice keeps the day simple. Multi-vehicle wedding and event transport is priced in writing by a coordinator before you commit.
Booking and cancellation
To book, send your date, times, addresses and preferred car through the reservation engine or call dispatch; a coordinator confirms the exact car and price in writing. For partner vehicles, the partner's deposit terms are stated in the written quote alongside ours.
The sitewide cancellation rule applies to our bookings, measured from scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10 %; 48 hours or less, 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100 %. If a partner car becomes unavailable for reasons outside your control, we offer a comparable vehicle or a full refund of that portion.
