A Burlington limousine service trip to Pearson with TorontoAirportTransfer.services is booked at a fixed fare. Planning figures from Burlington to Pearson airport run $150–190 one way in a business sedan, all-in with chauffeur, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, plus HST. It is about 55 km and 35–50 minutes off-peak; the reservation engine quotes your exact address.
Burlington limousine service to Pearson airport
Burlington is at the western end of Lake Ontario's shoreline in Halton, where the QEW, the 403 and the 407 all meet. For an airport run that is useful: there are three good roads toward Pearson, and the chauffeur can switch between them depending on the day. For you, the choice makes no difference to the price. The reservation engine shows the fare for your address, date and vehicle before you confirm, and that fare includes the chauffeur, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. Downtown Burlington, Aldershot, Tyandaga, Brant Hills, Headon Forest, Millcroft, Alton Village, Orchard, Appleby and Roseland are all standard pickups.
Burlington to Pearson fares by vehicle (planning figures)
These planning figures cover a one-way trip between Burlington and either Pearson terminal. The reservation engine quotes the exact fare for your address, date and vehicle.
| Vehicle class | Seats / bags | Burlington to Pearson, one way (planning) |
|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | 3 / 3 | $150–190 |
| First-class sedan | 3 / 3 | about $225–285 |
| Executive SUV or luxury van | 6 / 6 | about $190–250 |
| Sprinter | 14 / 14 | about $330–415 |
Aldershot and addresses near the Hamilton border sit at the top of the range; east Burlington around Appleby Line and Burloak sits lower. By the hour, sedans run $130–150, SUVs $160–190 and Sprinters $225–270, each with a three-hour minimum. The fixed airport fares page has the complete grid.
QEW, 403 and 407: how the chauffeur gets you there
- QEW east to the 427 north is the classic route and the most direct from south Burlington and the lakeshore.
- Highway 403 north-east through Oakville and Mississauga, then across to the airport, is used when the QEW has an incident at the Oakville–Mississauga border.
- Highway 407 east begins at the QEW and 403 junction in Burlington, so it is a true alternative rather than a detour. The 407 ETR toll is included in the fixed fare when the chauffeur takes it, and in the afternoon peak it is often the steadiest option.
Before every departure the chauffeur checks Ontario 511. From Aldershot, the chauffeur may take the 403 directly; from Alton Village and Millcroft, joining the 407 at Appleby or Walker's Line is usually quickest.
Drive times from Burlington by time of day
- Overnight and early morning: 32–42 minutes from downtown Burlington to either terminal.
- Weekday morning peak (6:30–9:30 am): 50–70 minutes on the QEW; the 407 often holds 45–55.
- Midday: 38–48 minutes.
- Weekday afternoon peak (3–7 pm): 55–75 minutes; Friday afternoons in summer are the slowest because of Niagara traffic.
- Weekends: 40–50 minutes, slower on long-weekend Mondays.
Pickup times are built on these ranges, and the fare stays fixed.
Neighbourhoods served across Burlington

- Aldershot — the west end near the 403, Plains Road and the Royal Botanical Gardens.
- Tyandaga, Brant Hills and Mountainside — north-central Burlington toward the escarpment.
- Headon Forest, Millcroft and Palmer — the central family neighbourhoods off Upper Middle Road.
- Alton Village and Orchard — the newer north-east subdivisions near the 407.
- Appleby, Roseland, Shoreacres and Pinedale — the east end and lakeshore toward Oakville.
- Rural north Burlington — Kilbride and the escarpment farms, with directions in the booking notes.

The waterfront, the Pier and other Burlington landmarks
Spencer Smith Park and the Brant Street Pier are Burlington's front porch, and downtown restaurants along Brant and Lakeshore are among the most common evening drop-offs. The Burlington Performing Arts Centre on Locust Street, Mapleview Shopping Centre and Burlington Centre also appear often on bookings. On the Aldershot side, the Royal Botanical Gardens draws visitors from across the GTA and from Pearson arrivals with a free afternoon. Waterfront festivals in summer close parts of Lakeshore Road, so share your event plans in the booking notes and the chauffeur will plan the closest legal drop-off rather than guessing on the night.
Business parks, head offices and hotels
Burlington's employment lands run along the QEW and 403 on North Service Road, Harvester Road and Fairview Street, and north along the 407 near Appleby Line and Walker's Line. Head offices, engineering firms and distribution companies there bring visiting staff through Pearson, and the hotels near the QEW interchanges host them. A corporate car service account handles invoiced billing, cost-centre references and repeat bookings for a whole team. For a visiting team that lands at Pearson and has meetings in Burlington, Hamilton and Oakville, book hourly so one chauffeur stays with the group all day.
Pearson or Hamilton airport?
Burlington is close to two airports. Pearson has far more flights and destinations, but Hamilton airport is closer to most Burlington addresses and some travellers prefer it for flights it serves. Check the Hamilton airport site for current routes, and book whichever suits your ticket; the reservation engine quotes either run. Some clients fly into one and out of the other on the same trip, and dispatch handles both.
When to leave Burlington for your flight
Dispatch recommends being at Pearson two hours before a domestic departure and three hours before an international or US flight. From Burlington, that usually means leaving about three hours before a domestic flight in the afternoon peak and around four hours before an international flight at the same time of day. Early-morning departures can be a little tighter because the highways are quieter. The guide to how early to arrive at Pearson covers airline cut-offs, and the reservation engine flags a pickup time that looks too short.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 3
The terminal matters because the airport ramps split before you reach either building. Air Canada and most Star Alliance airlines use Terminal 1; WestJet, Porter and many other airlines use Terminal 3. Check your airline booking or the terminal finder before you book. The free Terminal Link train runs between the two terminals if a gate or airline changes on the day.
Landing at Pearson and heading home to Burlington
For the ride home, the chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you at Pearson's pre-arranged commercial pickup area, the curbside pickup that comes with the fare. International arrivals get 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing and Canadian and US arrivals 30; after that, waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks. Send the chauffeur a message when you have your bags. If you would rather be met inside the arrivals hall with a name board, book Pearson meet and greet as an add-on, planning figure $25–35.
Families, car seats and luggage
Infant, convertible and booster seats are provided on request: add them at booking and the chauffeur installs them before arriving. Whatever the exemptions for taxis and buses, we fit the right child seat for every child who needs one; the province's Government of Ontario car-seat page explains the stages. Families with skis, golf clubs or sports gear should book an executive SUV or luxury van. The child car seat transfers page lists the seat types.
Groups, weddings and celebrations
Burlington's waterfront venues, golf clubs and the Royal Botanical Gardens host many weddings. For guest shuttles and airport runs for out-of-town family, the 14-seat Sprinter is our workhorse. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and are priced in writing by a coordinator; our own dispatch runs the sedans, SUVs, luxury vans and Sprinters. The Sprinter group transportation page covers seating, luggage and multi-stop timing.
Local limo uses in Burlington
Burlington clients also book chauffeured cars for:
- Evenings in downtown Toronto, with the car waiting at the arena or theatre.
- Proms and graduations at Burlington's secondary schools each spring.
- Hospital appointments at Joseph Brant Hospital and in Hamilton and Toronto.
- Niagara wine-country days and Niagara Falls trips down the QEW.
- Union Station connections for VIA Rail.
Every trip is quoted in advance with gratuity included.
Winter and seasonal timing
The QEW along the lakeshore and the Burlington Skyway can be icy and windy in winter, and the 407 further north is sometimes the better choice on those mornings. On heavy snow days dispatch adds twenty to thirty minutes to Burlington pickups and prefers SUVs. Summer Friday afternoons load the QEW with Niagara-bound traffic, and long-weekend Mondays bring it back. Check Environment Canada the night before an early winter flight and call dispatch if the airline changes your plans.

What is included in the Burlington fare
The fixed fare includes the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 tolls if used, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. Flight tracking is standard on arrivals. Point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes of waiting. Extra stops are added in the booking so they are in the price. The chauffeur handles luggage at both ends, and there is no meter, surge or fuel surcharge.
Cancelling or changing a Burlington booking
Cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup at no cost. Inside 72 hours the fee is 10 %, inside 48 hours 50 % and inside 24 hours, or on a no-show, 100 %, measured from the scheduled pickup. Delayed flights are tracked, so they never count as a no-show. Change times and addresses through the confirmation link or 24/7 dispatch.
Burlington compared with the GO train, taxis and rideshare
The Lakeshore West GO line from Burlington, Appleby or Aldershot runs to Union Station, and the UP Express then runs back west to Pearson, which is a long way round with suitcases. A metered taxi on a 55 km run through rush hour adds up quickly, and rideshare surges in storms. The flat-rate airport taxi alternative gives you a fixed price and a known chauffeur, with the vehicle matched to your bags.
Booking tips from Burlington dispatch
- Include the flight number for outbound trips too; if the airline shifts the departure, dispatch can move the pickup.
- For the waterfront condominiums on Lakeshore Road, name the tower and the lobby door.
- In Kilbride and the rural north, add a landmark or a sideroad note so the chauffeur finds the lane in the dark.
- Declare skis, golf clubs and bike boxes at booking so the right vehicle is sent.
- Book the ride home when you book the ride out, so your arrival pickup is set before you leave.
