Limousine service in Scarborough with TorontoAirportTransfer.services means a private chauffeur, a late-model vehicle and a fixed all-in fare. To or from Pearson the planning figure is $145–175 one way in a business sedan before HST, with chauffeur, fuel, airport fees and gratuity included. The 40 km trip usually takes 35–50 minutes, most of it on Highway 401.
Limousine service Scarborough to Pearson airport
Scarborough is the part of Toronto furthest from Pearson, and that distance shapes everything about the trip: the price, the timing and the route. The good news is that the whole run is one highway. From Agincourt or Scarborough City Centre the chauffeur is on the 401 within minutes and stays on it for most of the way to the airport. The less good news is that the 401 crosses the entire city, including the section between the DVP and the 400 that carries some of the heaviest traffic on the continent. A fixed-fare airport car service means you never pay for that traffic. The price shown before you confirm includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, airport fees, gratuity and the 407 toll when it is used; HST is added on its own line.
Scarborough to Pearson fares by vehicle
Planning figures, one way between a Scarborough address and Pearson, all-in before HST. The reservation engine then fixes the figure for your exact street, date and vehicle.
| Vehicle class | Seats / bags | Scarborough ↔ Pearson (planning) | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | 3 / 3 | $145–175 | The standard airport car |
| First-class sedan | 3 / 3 | $220–265 | S-Class or 7 Series |
| Executive SUV or luxury van | 6 / 6 | $180–225 | The usual family choice |
| Executive Sprinter | 14 / 14 | $315–385 | Groups, wedding guests, teams |
| Stretch limousine (partner) | 8–10 | $225–330 per hour, 4 h min | Weddings, proms, occasions |
| Party bus (partner) | 16–36 | $330–525 per hour, 4–5 h min | Priced in writing by a coordinator |
Scarborough families often split a trip: a sedan for the traveller and a van for the luggage is almost never necessary, because an SUV carries six people and six bags. See every class on the fleet page.
The route across the city
The default is simple: Highway 401 westbound from the nearest on-ramp (Morningside, Neilson, Markham Road, McCowan, Kennedy, Warden or Victoria Park), then Highway 409 into the terminals or Highway 427 north. The chauffeur chooses express or collector lanes as traffic changes; on a bad day the collectors through the Yonge Street interchange move faster than the express lanes. From Malvern, Morningside Heights and the Rouge, there is a genuine alternative: north to the 407 ETR and west to Highway 427 south, which avoids the entire central section of the 401 and can save 20 minutes at peak. The toll is included in the fare. From the south, around Birch Cliff, Cliffside and Guildwood, the chauffeur may use Kingston Road to the DVP and then the 401, or the Gardiner to the 427 when the 401 is jammed. The 407 ETR and Ontario 511 are checked before departure.
Scarborough drive times by time of day
Planning figures for a weekday from Scarborough Town Centre to the terminal curb:
- Before 5:30 am and after 9 pm: 30–38 minutes.
- 5:30–7:00 am: 35–45 minutes.
- 7:00–10:00 am: 45–65 minutes. Westbound traffic backs up from the DVP to the 400.
- 10:00 am–2:30 pm: 40–50 minutes.
- 2:30–7:00 pm: 55–80 minutes; the 407 route from north Scarborough often wins here.
- Weekends: 35–50 minutes, longer on long-weekend Fridays.
South Scarborough addresses near Kingston Road add five to ten minutes because of the drive north to the highway. Heavy snow adds 20–30 minutes anywhere.

Scarborough neighbourhoods we pick up from
Every Scarborough address is covered by our own chauffeurs. Regular pickups include:
- Agincourt, Tam O'Shanter and L'Amoreaux: homes and towers near Sheppard and Kennedy, close to the 401.
- Milliken and Steeles: the northwest corner along Steeles Avenue, where the 404 and 407 are also close.
- Malvern, Morningside Heights and Rouge: the northeast, best served by the 407 at peak.
- Scarborough City Centre, Bendale and Woburn: condos around the town centre and McCowan.
- Wexford, Dorset Park, Maryvale and the Golden Mile: central Scarborough near Lawrence, Eglinton and Warden.
- Highland Creek and West Hill: the east end near the university campus.
- Guildwood, Scarborough Village and Cliffcrest: quiet streets above the Bluffs.
- Birch Cliff, Cliffside, Clairlea and Kennedy Park: the southwest, closer to the DVP and Danforth.
Business districts, colleges and hospitals
Scarborough's travellers are not only holidaymakers. The office towers at Scarborough City Centre, including the Consilium Place complex by the 401, the industrial and office parks along Progress Avenue and Milner, and the Golden Mile's commercial strip on Eglinton all produce airport and business trips. The University of Toronto Scarborough campus and Centennial College's Progress campus bring international students who land at Pearson with a year's luggage and no car, a perfect fit for an SUV or van. The Scarborough Health Network's hospitals generate appointment rides for patients who shouldn't drive; see medical appointment transportation. For companies based here, a corporate car service account consolidates bookings and invoices.
Landmarks and outings from Scarborough
Visitors staying with family in Scarborough often use the same chauffeur for a day out. The Toronto Zoo sits on Meadowvale Road beside the Rouge National Urban Park, and a van for the extended family is simpler than two cars and a parking lot. The Scarborough Bluffs and Bluffer's Park are the obvious photo stop, and Guild Park and Gardens is a popular garden setting for wedding photos. Scarborough Town Centre is the local shopping trip; for more, the outlets and big malls are an hourly booking. Further afield, an hourly chauffeur can run a family day to Niagara Falls. The zoo's own site, torontozoo.com, lists seasonal hours.
When to leave Scarborough for your flight
Scarborough is the one part of Toronto where leaving too late is a real risk, because the whole trip depends on the most congested road in the city. Airlines generally want you at Pearson about two hours before domestic departures and three before US and international ones. From Scarborough we suggest:
- Morning flights before 9 am: leave 3 hours 15 minutes before domestic, 4 hours before international or US.
- Midday flights: 3 hours before domestic, 3 hours 45 before international.
- Evening flights leaving between 5 and 9 pm: 3 hours 45 before Canadian and US and 4 hours 30 before international, because you will be crossing the city in the rush.
The reservation engine suggests a pickup from your flight number, and dispatch adjusts it on storm days. Our guide on how early to arrive at Pearson has more detail by season and terminal.
Coming home: the Pearson pickup to Scarborough
Book the return with your flight number. We track it from departure and time the chauffeur to the real landing, and free waiting begins at touchdown: 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 minutes on Canadian and US ones, then 15-minute blocks. Long-haul arrivals from South Asia, East Asia and the Caribbean frequently come with extra suitcases, so an SUV or van is worth choosing at booking. Included in the price is curbside pickup from the pre-arranged commercial pickup area at your terminal; you get a message with the chauffeur's location once you land. For a relative travelling alone or a first-time visitor, add meet and greet at Pearson so the chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board; the planning figure is $25–35. Unsure of the terminal? Use the terminal finder.

Families, students and visiting relatives
Scarborough is one of the most family-centred parts of the city, and our bookings show it: parents collected from overseas flights, students arriving for September, grandparents flying home after a long visit, and big families heading off on holiday together. An executive SUV or luxury van takes six people and six bags; a Sprinter takes 14 people for a reunion or a group flying to the same wedding abroad. Whatever the exemptions for taxis and buses, we fit the right child seat for every child who needs one. Details are on child car seat transfers. For the logistics of hosting, see family visits and reunions.
Weddings, proms and celebrations in Scarborough
Scarborough hosts a remarkable range of weddings and celebrations: Tamil, South Asian, Chinese, Filipino, Caribbean and many more, often across several days and venues. Banquet halls along the 401 corridor, restaurants in Agincourt, temples, churches and mosques all see limousine arrivals on busy Saturdays. We plan the whole day: the couple's car, SUVs for the families and a Sprinter for guests. Our own fleet covers sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters; stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce cars and party buses are provided through vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, which we disclose. A coordinator prices weddings, party buses and multi-car days in writing. See wedding limo service, prom and graduation limos and cultural and religious celebrations.
Billy Bishop, Union Station and trips east
For flights from Billy Bishop, the chauffeur takes the DVP and the Gardiner, or Kingston Road and Lake Shore from the south, to the mainland terminal on Eireann Quay; allow 35–55 minutes. A Billy Bishop transfer from Scarborough is priced by address like any other trip. For VIA Rail and GO, we collect at Union Station. Scarborough is also the natural starting point for trips east: Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa, and the Oshawa Executive Airport for private flights. The honest transit comparison to Pearson is Line 2 of the subway west to Kipling and then the TTC's airport bus, or downtown to Union and the UP Express; either is workable with a backpack, and a long day with suitcases.
Winter and busy seasons
Winter hits the Scarborough run twice: once on the local streets before you reach the 401, and again on the highway ramps. We check the Environment Canada forecast and contact you the day before a storm to suggest leaving earlier. The peak family travel weeks, March break, Easter, the summer holidays and late December, fill SUVs and vans quickly; book those a week or more ahead. Long-weekend Fridays are the slowest afternoons of the year on the westbound 401. In summer, the Toronto Caribbean Carnival and the CNE add traffic downtown, which matters if you are heading to Billy Bishop rather than Pearson.
Booking, changes and cancellation
Book on any page or at our booking page: addresses, flight number, passengers, bags and vehicle class. The fixed fare appears before you confirm and doesn't change with traffic. Changes to time, address or vehicle are free while the class is available. Cancellation, measured from the scheduled pickup, is free more than 72 hours ahead; 72 hours or less is 10 %; 48 hours or less is 50 %; 24 hours or less, or a no-show, is 100 %. If an inbound flight is cancelled by the airline, we move the pickup to the replacement flight. Pearson's own information, including terminal maps, is at torontopearson.com, and municipal details for Scarborough are on toronto.ca.
