Guelph to Toronto Pearson airport is about 80 km and usually 55–70 minutes via the Hanlon Expressway (Highway 6) and the 401. TorontoAirportTransfer.services quotes a fixed all-in fare before you book; the planning figure for a business sedan is $225–270, covering any 407 toll, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately.
Guelph to Pearson airport: one price, confirmed in advance
Guelph is close enough to Pearson that people are tempted to drive and park, and far enough that a week of airport parking plus the drive back after a long flight makes that a poor trade. Our Guelph to Pearson airport service replaces it with a single fixed number. The reservation engine prices your address, date and vehicle and shows the total: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, the 407 toll if we use it, airport fees and gratuity, with HST shown separately. There is no meter and no surge, and a slow 401 through Milton is our problem, not yours. You see the price the day you book, and that is the price on the receipt, whether the drive takes 55 minutes or 85.

Routes from Guelph: the Hanlon, Brock Road and the 401
From most of Guelph, the chauffeur takes the Hanlon Expressway (Highway 6) south to the 401 and heads east. From the east end, Brock Road (Wellington Road 46) down through Aberfoyle to the 401 is often quicker. From Rockwood and Eramosa, the car may go east on Highway 7 and cut south, depending on the hour. On the 401, the chauffeur decides at Milton whether to stay on the 401 into Mississauga or switch to the tolled Highway 407 and come down Highway 427 to the airport. Near Pearson, Highway 409 runs directly into the airport from the 401. The 407 toll sits inside your fixed fare, so the choice is purely about speed; the 407 ETR site explains how the road is billed.
Drive times through the day
A pre-dawn run from Guelph to Pearson is about 55 minutes. Weekday mornings eastbound through Milton and Mississauga build from around 6:00 a.m., and a 7:00 a.m. pickup can take 80 minutes or more without the 407. Westbound afternoons between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. are the slowest for a return trip. Summer Fridays bring cottage traffic, and long-weekend Mondays load the 401 heading back into the GTA. Snow squalls reach Guelph before Toronto, and the Hanlon and the 401 around Puslinch can be slick when the city is clear; dispatch checks Ontario 511 and Environment Canada before every early pickup and calls you if the time should move.

Guelph limousine service: neighbourhoods we cover
Our Guelph limousine service covers the whole city. We pick up downtown around St. George's Square and Wyndham Street, in the Old University and Exhibition Park neighbourhoods, in The Ward, Two Rivers, Onward Willow, St. Patrick's Ward and the Village by the Arboretum. In the south end we run to Kortright Hills, Westminster Woods, Pine Ridge, Clairfields, Grange Hill East and the streets near the Hanlon Creek Business Park. Beyond the city, Fergus, Elora, Rockwood, Eden Mills, Puslinch, Aberfoyle and Morriston are quoted on the same engine. Rural and farm addresses should include a lane or gate description in the notes so the chauffeur finds you in the dark.
University of Guelph and the student run
The University of Guelph, home to the Ontario Veterinary College and the Ontario Agricultural College, draws students, researchers and visiting faculty from around the world. International students arrive in late August and early January, usually on long-haul flights, with two large suitcases each. One student travelling with three cases fits a sedan, but a pair of students, or a student plus a parent, will be more comfortable in an executive SUV. The chauffeur meets at the residence or the campus entrance given in the notes. Visiting researchers and conference speakers often book through a department account. Our graduation and convocation page covers June and October family visits.

Business travel from Guelph
Guelph has a strong manufacturing, agri-food and life-sciences base, with plants and offices in the Hanlon Creek Business Park, along Speedvale and Woodlawn, and in the north-west industrial area. Visiting engineers, auditors and customers land at Pearson and need to be at a plant gate by 8 a.m. A first-class sedan or executive SUV with the chauffeur's details sent the day before is the usual set-up, and our corporate car service adds saved addresses, meet and greet on arrival and one monthly invoice. For a day of site visits across Guelph, Cambridge and Kitchener, a chauffeur by the hour from a three-hour minimum keeps the car waiting between stops.
Hotels, venues and landmarks in Guelph
Visitors to Guelph stay mostly downtown, near the university, or at the business hotels along the Hanlon and Stone Road. Landmarks our chauffeurs know well include the Basilica of Our Lady Immaculate on Catholic Hill overlooking downtown, the Sleeman Centre arena, the River Run Centre for concerts and theatre, the university's Arboretum, Riverside Park and the Stone Road Mall area. North of the city, the Elora Gorge and the mill-town streets of Elora and Fergus are popular for weddings and day trips. Our wedding limo service covers those days, with stretch limousines and party buses from partner operators, priced in writing by a coordinator.
Waterloo or Hamilton airport instead of Pearson?
Guelph has two smaller airports within reach. Region of Waterloo International Airport (YKF) in Breslau is about twenty minutes west, and its website lists the current, often seasonal routes. John C. Munro Hamilton International (YHM) is about an hour south. Both are quicker to get through than Pearson but have far fewer flights. Pearson remains the choice for most business travel and any long-haul connection. We drive to all three at fixed fares; our Waterloo airport (YKF) transfer page and Hamilton airport (YHM) page cover the smaller airports.
When to leave Guelph for your flight
Dispatch uses two hours at the terminal before a domestic departure and three before a US or international one, plus the drive and a buffer. From Guelph that usually means a pickup three hours and twenty minutes before an early-morning domestic departure, and about four and a half hours before an international departure in the weekday morning peak. For a 6:30 a.m. flight to Winnipeg, a 3:15 a.m. pickup is comfortable. For a 7:30 p.m. flight to Dublin on a Friday, leave by 3:00 p.m. Our how early to arrive at Pearson guide explains the timing by airline and season.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 3
The chauffeur needs your terminal before leaving Guelph. As a rule of thumb, Air Canada and the bulk of Star Alliance use Terminal 1, and WestJet, Porter and numerous other airlines use Terminal 3. Airlines move from time to time, so check your booking or run the flight number through our terminal finder. The chauffeur drops at the departures door closest to your airline and unloads onto a cart. If you need help beyond the curb, add meet and greet or request airline wheelchair assistance when you book the flight.
The return pickup: Pearson to Guelph
Every return is flight-tracked, and the chauffeur is timed to the actual landing. From touchdown you have 60 minutes included after an international flight and 30 after a Canadian or US one, usually enough for the customs hall and the carousel. The fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area: you message the chauffeur when you have your bags and the car pulls up. If you would like the chauffeur inside the arrivals hall with a name board, add airport meet and greet for a planning figure of $25–35. The Pearson pickup rules guide shows where to wait at each terminal.
Trains and transit to compare
If you are travelling light, GO Transit runs Kitchener line trains from Guelph Central Station toward Toronto, and the line shares stations with the UP Express to Pearson Terminal 1; check the current schedule and the connection before you rely on it. VIA Rail also stops at Guelph Central, which our Guelph Central Station page covers. The challenge is luggage and timing: an early flight, a transfer and fixed departures. A private car at a fixed fare costs more than tickets plus the cab to the station, but it is door to door and waits for delays.
Families, groups and car seats
Families from Guelph and Wellington County going south for March break usually book an executive SUV or luxury van: six seats and six large bags. Infant, convertible and booster seats are provided on request; add them at booking and the chauffeur installs them before pickup. Whatever the exemptions for taxis and buses, we fit the right child seat for every child who needs one. Sports teams, choirs and wedding parties book a Sprinter for group transfers, which carries fourteen passengers and their bags.
Accessibility and special requests
Travellers with reduced mobility book the same fixed-fare service from Guelph. A folding wheelchair, walker or mobility scooter that breaks down fits in the trunk of a sedan or the back of an SUV; tell us in the notes so the chauffeur plans the loading. For a passenger who travels seated in a power chair, dispatch arranges a ramp-equipped vehicle through the partner network, and our wheelchair-accessible transfers page explains how that works. Pets travelling in a carrier, extra-large items such as bikes or golf bags, and a stop on the way (a relative in Milton, a coffee in Aberfoyle) can all be added at booking so the price already reflects them.
Booking and cancellation
Book through the engine on this page or the booking page. You receive a confirmation with the price, the vehicle and the pickup time, and the chauffeur's contact details reach you the day before travel. Changing the flight number costs nothing, whenever you do it. The cancellation scale counts back from the pickup time: free beyond 72 hours, then 10 % within 72 hours, 50 % within 48 hours and 100 % within 24 hours or for a no-show. Local closures and construction notices are posted on the City of Guelph website.
