Newmarket airport limo: one price, set before you travel
Newmarket and Aurora sit at the top of York Region, where Yonge Street runs out of the city and into the towns. For anyone flying from here, Pearson is south-west across the 407 belt, and the length of the drive depends almost entirely on the hour. Our Newmarket airport limo takes the guesswork out of the cost. The reservation engine prices your street, date and vehicle and shows one total: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, the Highway 407 toll if we use it, airport fees and gratuity, with HST on its own line. There is no meter and no surge. If the 404 is jammed at Major Mackenzie on the morning you fly, the extra twenty minutes are ours to absorb. That is what a fixed fare means, and it is how every trip on this page is sold.
Newmarket and Aurora to Pearson fares by vehicle

Routes: the 404, the 400 and the 407
Two north-south highways frame Newmarket and Aurora, and the chauffeur picks between them by address. From east Newmarket, east Aurora and Whitchurch-Stouffville, Highway 404 south to the 407, then west to Highway 427 and down into the airport, is the usual line. From west Aurora, King City and the Bathurst side of Newmarket, the chauffeur heads west to Highway 400, south to the 407 or the 401, and across to Highway 409, the short spur that runs straight into Pearson. The 407 is tolled and billed by distance and time; with a fixed fare that toll is already in your price, so the chauffeur uses it whenever it wins. The 407 ETR site explains how the road is billed.
Drive times from York Region's north end
From Newmarket or Aurora, an early-morning run to Pearson takes around 40 minutes. The weekday southbound peak on the 404 and 400 runs from about 6:30 to 9:30, and a 7 a.m. pickup can stretch to an hour or more if the chauffeur has to stay off the 407. Fridays in summer are dominated by northbound cottage traffic on the 400, which matters on the way home more than on the way out. Winter is the other variable: snow bands off Lake Simcoe reach Newmarket before they reach Toronto, and the stretch of the 404 north of Stouffville Road can be slick while the city is dry. Dispatch checks Ontario 511 and the forecast before every early pickup.

Newmarket limousine service: neighbourhoods we cover
Our Newmarket limousine service covers the whole town. We pick up in the historic Main Street district and around Fairy Lake, in Upper Canada Mall's surroundings, and in Stonehaven, Woodland Hill, Glenway, Summerhill Estates, Armitage, Bristol-London, Huron Heights, Gorham-College Manor and the newer streets near Mulock Drive. Just north, East Gwillimbury, Sharon, Queensville, Holland Landing and Mount Albert are quoted on the same engine, as are Keswick and Sutton around Lake Simcoe's south shore. Southlake Regional Health Centre on Davis Drive is a frequent pickup for visiting specialists and families. Rural addresses should include lane or gate details in the notes so the chauffeur finds you in the dark.
Aurora, King and Whitchurch-Stouffville
In Aurora we run to the old town along Yonge and Wellington, Aurora Highlands, Aurora Heights, Aurora Grove, Bayview-Wellington, Hills of St Andrew, Aurora Estates and the newer neighbourhoods near Leslie Street and the 404. To the west, King City, Nobleton and Schomberg are regular estate pickups, often in an executive SUV. Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ballantrae and Gormley to the east are quoted on the same engine. If you are nearer Richmond Hill, the Richmond Hill airport car page has planning figures for the middle of York Region; the Markham page covers the east side.
Business travel from Newmarket and Aurora
The north end of York Region has a serious corporate base. Aurora is home to large manufacturing and automotive-supply headquarters, and the business parks along the 404 in Newmarket and Aurora host engineering, software and professional services firms. Visiting executives flying into Pearson for a plant tour or a board meeting are the kind of clients our corporate car service was built for: a first-class sedan or SUV, flight tracking, the chauffeur's details the day before, and one monthly invoice with trip-level detail. Assistants can book on behalf of travellers and set standing preferences for vehicle class, meet and greet and bottled water.
Private schools and the family airport run
Newmarket and Aurora have well-known independent schools, including St. Andrew's College in Aurora and Pickering College in Newmarket, which draw boarding students from overseas. Those students fly in before term, go home at the holidays and come back again, often on long-haul flights landing in the evening. A pre-booked car with flight tracking, meet and greet in the arrivals hall and a chauffeur who delivers the student to the residence door is what parents abroad usually ask for. Schools and families can set up an account so each trip is invoiced the same way. Add meet and greet at Pearson for a planning figure of $25–35 so the chauffeur waits inside with a name board.
Hotels and landmarks in the area
Visitors to Newmarket and Aurora mostly stay at the hotels along Davis Drive and the 404 corridor or in the business hotels a little south in Richmond Hill and Markham. Local landmarks our chauffeurs know well include Newmarket's Main Street and Riverwalk Commons, Fairy Lake Park, the Aurora Cultural Centre and Town Park, and the golf and country clubs spread across King and Aurora that host many summer weddings. For a wedding at one of those clubs, our wedding limo service handles sedans and SUVs directly and brings in stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and party buses from partner operators, priced in writing by a coordinator.
When to leave Newmarket or Aurora for your flight
The dispatch rule is to be at the terminal two hours before a domestic departure and three hours before a US or international one. From Newmarket and Aurora, add 45 minutes of driving off-peak or an hour and a quarter in the weekday morning rush, plus a buffer. That puts a typical pickup at two hours and fifty minutes before a domestic departure early in the morning, and about four hours before an international departure in the weekday peak. For a 7:00 a.m. flight to Montreal, a 4:15 a.m. pickup is comfortable. For a 9:30 p.m. flight to Delhi, leave by 5:15 p.m. Our how early to arrive at Pearson guide explains the rules by airline.
Terminal 1, Terminal 3 and drop-off
The chauffeur needs your terminal before leaving York Region. Terminal 1 is where Air Canada and most Star Alliance partners check in, while WestJet, Porter and a long list of other carriers operate from Terminal 3. Airlines change terminals from time to time, so check your booking or put the flight number into our terminal finder. The chauffeur drops at the departures door closest to your airline, unloads onto a cart and leaves you to check in. Our pages on Pearson Terminal 1 and Pearson Terminal 3 describe each building's layout.
The return pickup: Pearson to Newmarket and Aurora
Every return is flight-tracked and the chauffeur is timed to the real landing. Included waiting is 60 minutes after an international arrival and 30 minutes after a Canadian or US one, counted from touchdown, which normally covers passport control and the baggage belt. The fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area: you message the chauffeur once you have your bags, and the car pulls up a few minutes later. Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall is an optional extra. The Pearson pickup rules guide shows exactly where to walk to at each terminal, and dispatch sends the same instructions the day before.

Comparing a taxi, rideshare or transit from the north end
A metered taxi from Newmarket to Pearson is priced by distance and time, so a slow 404 costs you. Rideshare fares climb in the early-morning and holiday peaks, which is when most airport trips happen. Transit is workable if you are travelling light: GO Transit runs the Barrie line through Newmarket and Aurora to Union Station, where the UP Express connects to Terminal 1, and York Region Transit connects neighbourhoods to the GO stations and the Newmarket bus terminal. With bags, children or an early flight, a door-to-door car at a fixed price is simpler, and our flat-rate taxi alternative page compares the numbers.
Families, car seats and ski gear
Families from Newmarket and Aurora heading south in winter usually book an executive SUV or luxury van: six seats, six large bags and room for a stroller or ski bags. Infant, convertible and booster seats are provided on request; add them at booking and the chauffeur installs them before you come out. Whatever the exemptions for taxis and buses, we fit the right child seat for every child who needs one. The child car seat transfers page explains how it works. For a hockey team heading to a tournament flight, a Sprinter takes fourteen players and their bags.
Beyond Pearson from York Region's north end
Pearson is the usual destination, but not the only one. Porter and Air Canada fly from Billy Bishop on the Toronto waterfront, and our Billy Bishop transfer drops at the mainland terminal on Eireann Quay. Cottagers heading north book the same fixed-fare service to Barrie, Muskoka and Georgian Bay, and the Barrie airport car page covers the next stop up the 400. For a US holiday out of Buffalo, a cross-border limo handles the bridge crossing with passports ready.
Booking and cancellation
Book with the engine on this page or on the booking page. The confirmation lists the fare, vehicle class and pickup time; the chauffeur's name and phone follow the day before. Flight numbers can be updated at any time at no cost. Cancellation is measured from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before is free, 72 hours or less is 10 %, 48 hours or less is 50 %, and 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100 %. For local road closures and construction notices, check the Town of Newmarket and Town of Aurora websites.
