A concert limo or car service in Toronto drops you close to Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, RBC Amphitheatre at Ontario Place (formerly Budweiser Stage), Coca-Cola Coliseum, Massey Hall or Roy Thomson Hall and picks you up at a pre-set spot away from the crush. From Pearson the downtown planning fare is $130–160 in a business sedan, all-in plus HST, with hourly limos and party buses for groups.
Concert limo Toronto: why a booked car beats the post-show scramble
The hardest part of a big Toronto concert is not getting there; it is getting home at 11:15 p.m. with thousands of people doing the same thing. Rideshare prices climb, taxis vanish, and the streets around the venue are closed or gridlocked. A concert limo or car service from TorontoAirportTransfer.services is booked in advance at a fixed all-in fare, shown in the reservation engine before you confirm, with gratuity, fuel and tolls included and HST separate.
Your chauffeur waits at a pickup point agreed in advance, a few blocks from the venue, pointed in the direction of home. No surge, no meter, and no one in your group has to stay sober to drive.
Planning fares and vehicles for a concert night
| Vehicle | Seats | Planning rate | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | 3 | $130–160 one way Pearson to downtown | couples, one-way drop or return |
| Executive SUV | 6 | about +25–30 % on the sedan | friend groups, winter nights |
| Sprinter | 14 | about 2.2 times the sedan; $225–270/h | office outings, birthdays |
| Stretch limousine (partner) | 8–10 | $225–330/h, 4 h min | anniversaries, proms, special nights |
| Party bus (partner) | 16–36 | $330–525/h, 4–5 h min | bachelorettes, big birthdays |
| Rolls-Royce (partner) | 3 | from $525/h, 3 h min | proposals, milestone dates |
These are planning figures. The reservation engine quotes exact fares; stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and party buses are fulfilled through vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and party buses are priced in writing by a coordinator. See the fleet page and the rates page.
Scotiabank Arena concerts
Scotiabank Arena at 40 Bay Street hosts most of the big indoor tours. The arena connects to Union Station's concourses, and south of it Lake Shore Boulevard runs beneath the Gardiner Expressway. Before a sold-out show, Bay Street southbound and Lake Shore slow badly from about 90 minutes before doors.
Our chauffeurs drop on Bay or York Street, or near Union, depending on police traffic control that night. For the return we avoid Bay and Lake Shore right outside the arena and set the pickup at a hotel entrance on Front Street or on a side street north of Front, then message you the exact spot and plate during the encore. Many hockey nights follow the same pattern; see our game-day transfers page.
Rogers Centre stadium shows
The largest tours play Rogers Centre, where a stadium concert can put 40,000 or more people onto Front Street, Blue Jays Way and Bremner Boulevard within twenty minutes. On those nights the streets around the stadium may be closed to vehicles entirely for a period after the show.
For stadium shows we set pickups deliberately far out: north of King Street, east toward University Avenue, or west along Front near Bathurst, depending on where you are heading next. It feels like a long walk after three hours on your feet, but it is quicker than sitting in a car trying to get out of the stadium blocks. The chauffeur is in position before the last song, and dispatch adjusts the spot if police close a street unexpectedly. Venue rules and bag policies are on the Rogers Centre ballpark page and the Scotiabank Arena site.

RBC Amphitheatre at Ontario Place (formerly Budweiser Stage)
Toronto's big outdoor summer venue at Ontario Place, on Lake Shore Boulevard West, was renamed RBC Amphitheatre in October 2025; much of the old Budweiser Stage signage stayed up through the 2026 season. It operates as an open-air venue in the warmer months, and the operator has announced a rebuild into a year-round venue, with the amphitheatre expected to close for construction after the 2027 season. Check current listings and Ontario Place for what is on.
Access is along Lake Shore Boulevard West. After shows, the lot exits and Lake Shore itself are slow for a long time. We usually drop on the Lake Shore side and set the return east or west along Lake Shore, or north across the rail corridor at Exhibition Place, depending on where you are going. On a warm night some guests prefer to walk ten minutes to a quieter pickup; the chauffeur will suggest a spot.
Coca-Cola Coliseum and Exhibition Place
The Coca-Cola Coliseum sits inside Exhibition Place, beside the Enercare Centre and a short walk from BMO Field. It hosts mid-sized concerts, comedy and the Toronto Marlies. When several events run on the grounds at once, internal roads can close, so our drop is typically at the Princes' Gates side or on Lake Shore Boulevard West.
For the return, cars usually stage on Lake Shore or on King Street West north of the grounds; Exhibition GO station is also right there if part of your group is heading west on the Lakeshore line. Venue details are on the Coca-Cola Coliseum site and Exhibition Place.
Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall
For a seated show, many guests want an evening that feels a little more formal: dinner, the concert, a drink afterwards. Massey Hall is on Shuter Street by Yonge, a short walk from the Eaton Centre; Roy Thomson Hall is on Simcoe Street at King, in the middle of the Entertainment District and the home of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
These are ideal for an hourly chauffeur: the car takes you to dinner, then to the hall, waits, and takes you home. Drop-offs are simple compared with the arenas: Shuter Street for Massey Hall, and Simcoe or King Street for Roy Thomson Hall. See Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall for programmes and accessibility details.

Timing: when to leave and when to be collected
Doors usually open an hour or more before the opener, and the headliner typically takes the stage well after the ticket time. For arena and stadium shows we suggest being dropped 45 to 60 minutes before you want to be inside; security queues are long, and bags larger than a clutch are often refused.
For the return, most guests book the car for the scheduled curfew or ask us to move it into position when the headliner starts their final songs. Point-to-point returns include 15 minutes of waiting, then 15-minute blocks. Hourly bookings keep the car nearby all evening, so there is no guesswork if a show runs long or you want to catch the merch stand.
Party buses and limo buses for concert groups
Birthday groups, bachelorette parties and friends travelling in from Hamilton, Barrie or Oshawa often book a party bus so the evening starts the moment everyone is on board. Party buses seat 16 to 36 and are fulfilled through our partner operators; see party bus and limo bus hire.
Big vehicles have limits at big venues: they cannot pull up at the door, and police sometimes direct them to specific staging areas. A coordinator agrees drop and pickup points in advance, tells you the walking distance, and prices the booking in writing. Alcohol rules follow the operator's licence and Ontario law. For smaller groups, a 14-seat Sprinter is easier to position and cheaper.
Out-of-town fans flying in for a show
We see a lot of weekend visitors who have flown into Pearson for one concert. The chauffeur meets you at T1 or T3, flight-tracked and timed to your real landing, with 60 minutes' included wait on international flights and 30 on Canadian and US. If your flight is late and you are cutting it close, we can go straight to the venue with your luggage kept in the car and delivered to your hotel afterwards if you book hourly.
Pearson to downtown is about 27 km, typically 25–45 minutes via the 427 and Gardiner. For a hotel booking along with your car, try our travel desk. If you are not sure which terminal you land at, check the terminal finder.
Special-occasion concerts: proposals, anniversaries, proms
A concert is often the centrepiece of an anniversary, a milestone birthday or a proposal. Rolls-Royce and stretch limousines are provided through partner operators; the chauffeur can have the car waiting outside the restaurant and again at the pickup point after the show. For school groups, see prom and graduation limo, where we follow the school's rules on supervision and alcohol.
If you want flowers, a particular drink in the car or a specific playlist, add it to the booking notes. We can't guarantee a stretch limousine can wait immediately outside a stadium, but we will tell you honestly where it can.
Winter concerts and bad weather
Arena tours run all winter, and freezing rain on the Gardiner or a snowstorm on the 401 is exactly when you do not want to be driving yourself or queuing for a cab in a thin jacket. We watch Environment Canada forecasts and move pickups earlier if a storm is due.
An SUV is the default suggestion for winter concert trips of four to six people: all-season or winter tires, room for coats, and a higher seat for getting in and out in slush. The fixed fare does not change if the drive takes longer because of weather.
Accessibility and late-night safety
For guests with limited mobility, the choice of pickup point matters more than anything else. Tell us at booking and we'll choose a spot with a short, level walk; for a passenger who stays in their wheelchair, book our wheelchair-accessible transfers. Most venues run accessible entrances and seating; check the venue site.
For solo travellers or anyone heading home late, a pre-booked chauffeur with a confirmed name and plate is a safer option than hailing a ride on a crowded street. Your confirmation includes vehicle details, and dispatch is available around the clock.
Dinner before the show
Most concert-goers want to eat first. The Entertainment District around King and John, St. Lawrence Market's neighbourhood near Scotiabank Arena, and Liberty Village near Exhibition Place are the usual choices. With an hourly booking, the chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, waits or parks nearby, and moves you to the venue on your schedule, which is easier than juggling two separate rides when dinner runs long.
How to book your concert car
Enter the pickup address (flight number if you are flying in), choose the venue as the drop-off, and add the show and the expected end time in the notes. Book the return as a one-way or choose hourly. The fixed fare shows before you confirm. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours ahead; after that the 10 %, 50 % and 100 % scale applies at 72, 48 and 24 hours.
