A game day limo or car service in Toronto drops you close to Scotiabank Arena (Leafs, Raptors), Rogers Centre (Blue Jays) or BMO Field (TFC, Argos) and collects you at a pre-agreed spot a block or two from the crowd. From Pearson the planning fare to any of the three is $130–160 in a business sedan, all-in plus HST, fixed before you confirm and never surged after the final whistle.
Game day limo Toronto: the three venues we drive to most
Toronto's five big professional teams play in three downtown venues, all within about two kilometres of Union Station. Scotiabank Arena at 40 Bay Street is home to the Maple Leafs and the Raptors. Rogers Centre, the retractable-roof stadium at the foot of the CN Tower, is the Blue Jays' ballpark. BMO Field at Exhibition Place hosts Toronto FC and, since 2016, the Toronto Argonauts.
A game day limo or car service from TorontoAirportTransfer.services is a pre-booked chauffeured ride with one fixed all-in fare in the reservation engine: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls, airport fees and gratuity included, HST shown separately. On a night when a sold-out arena or a full ballpark empties at once, that fixed fare is the difference between a ride home and a surge screen.
Planning fares for game day
Every venue here sits in the Downtown Toronto band. These are planning figures; the reservation engine quotes the exact address, date and vehicle.
| Trip | Business sedan | Executive SUV / luxury van | Sprinter (up to 14) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pearson to Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre or BMO Field | $130–160 | about +25–30 % | about 2.2 times the sedan |
| Mississauga or Etobicoke home to the venue | engine quotes | engine quotes | engine quotes |
| Vaughan, Markham or Richmond Hill to the venue | engine quotes | engine quotes | engine quotes |
| Hourly (dinner, game, drinks) | $130–150/h, 3 h min | $160–190/h | $225–270/h |
| Stretch limo, partner | $225–330/h, 4 h min | — | — |
A first-class sedan is roughly half again over the business sedan figure. Browse all classes on the fleet page or read the rates page for how fixed fares work.
Drop-off strategy at Scotiabank Arena
Scotiabank Arena sits between Bay Street and York Street just south of Union Station, with Lake Shore Boulevard and the Gardiner overhead to the south. Before a Leafs or Raptors game Bay Street southbound and Lake Shore both slow to a crawl from about an hour before puck drop or tip-off.
Our chauffeurs usually drop on Bay Street or York Street a short walk from the arena doors, or on the Union Station side if Bay is jammed; the arena is connected to Union Station's concourses, so you stay indoors on a January night. We do not promise a door-side drop because police often manage traffic directly outside. Tell us which gate your tickets list and the chauffeur will pick the closest legal stop for the conditions that evening.
Rogers Centre and the Blue Jays
The Blue Jays play from late March or April into late September, and into October in a playoff year. Rogers Centre fronts onto Front Street West and Blue Jays Way to the north and Bremner Boulevard to the south, with the CN Tower and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on one side and the Gardiner beyond.
For a Jays game we prefer Front Street near John Street or Peter Street for drop-off, or Bremner Boulevard if you are coming from the east. After the game, Blue Jays Way and Front Street fill with pedestrians and taxis; we typically set the return pickup a few blocks away, at a hotel entrance on Front or a side street north of King, and text the exact spot during the eighth inning.

BMO Field for Toronto FC and the Argonauts
BMO Field is at Exhibition Place on the western waterfront, off Lake Shore Boulevard West and Princes' Boulevard. The site's own transit connections are Exhibition GO station on the Lakeshore West line and TTC streetcars, and those are genuinely good options if you are travelling light.
A car makes sense for families, anyone with limited mobility, or visitors coming from the airport. We normally drop on the Lake Shore side or at the Princes' Gates area depending on which gate your tickets list and on whether an event is running in the Enercare Centre or Coca-Cola Coliseum next door. After TFC or Argos matches Exhibition Place's internal roads are often closed to general traffic for a while; our chauffeurs stage on Lake Shore or on King Street West north of the grounds and send you a pin.
Post-game pickup: how we avoid the crush
The single biggest mistake on game night is asking to be picked up at the front door the moment the game ends. Thousands of people, police-controlled intersections and rideshare cars double-parked make that the slowest place in the city for fifteen minutes.
Our approach: choose a pickup two or three blocks away in the direction you are heading, so the car is already pointed home. Leaving Scotiabank Arena for the west, that might be Front and University; for the Don Valley Parkway, Front and Church or Yonge. Dispatch watches the game clock, and the chauffeur gets into position during the third period, the fourth quarter or the ninth inning. Point-to-point returns include 15 minutes of waiting, then 15-minute blocks; overtime is not a problem, just message us.
Visiting fans flying in from Pearson
Plenty of our game-day bookings are fans of the visiting team flying in for a weekend: Canadiens, Bruins, Rangers or Sabres fans for the Leafs, Yankees or Red Sox supporters for the Jays. Pearson to downtown is about 27 km, 25–45 minutes via Highway 427 and the Gardiner or the 401 depending on time of day.
Every airport pickup is flight-tracked; your chauffeur is timed to the real landing time, meets you at the pre-arranged commercial pickup area at T1 or T3 and waits 60 minutes after an international landing, 30 after a Canadian or US one. If a delayed flight means you are going straight to the game, the chauffeur can drop you at the arena with your suitcase stored in the trunk and take it on to the hotel. Arriving from the US? Our Pearson arrivals guide covers the border. Book the airport leg on the Pearson airport limo page.
Hourly or point-to-point on game day?
Two one-way fares are usually best for a straightforward evening: home to the venue, venue back home. An hourly chauffeur is worth it when the evening has several parts: dinner on King West, the game, then drinks in the Entertainment District, or when you are hosting clients from an office in North York or Mississauga and want the car standing by.
Hourly also removes the guesswork on playoff nights, when games run long and the post-game crowd lingers. At three hours' minimum in a sedan, a typical dinner-game-home evening lands around four to five hours. Companies often book the same way for suite guests; see our client entertainment page.
Groups, stag parties and fan buses
A 14-seat Sprinter is the workhorse for office outings, hockey teams and birthday groups: everyone arrives together and no one drives. For 16 to 36 people, a party bus through our partner operators turns the trip into part of the night; it is priced in writing by a coordinator and has a four-to-five-hour minimum, so it suits a pregame-plus-game plan rather than a straight run.
For a supporters' group or company outing of 24 to 56, a coach can be arranged through vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network. Coaches cannot stop just anywhere downtown on game night; the coordinator agrees the drop and staging points in advance. Glass bottles and open alcohol follow the vehicle operator's policy and Ontario law, which a coordinator will explain.
Winter games and the Leafs season
Most of the Leafs and Raptors season falls between October and April, which means snow, ice and slush on the Gardiner and the DVP. We build extra time into winter game-night bookings and, if a storm is forecast, message you a revised pickup time rather than let you miss puck drop.
For guests coming in from Barrie, Kitchener-Waterloo or Oshawa for a Saturday game, a winter drive on the 400, 401 or 407 in the dark is exactly the trip people prefer not to make themselves. The fixed fare includes 407 tolls if we use the road, so the chauffeur can take the faster route in bad traffic without adding a charge. Check conditions on Ontario 511.

Kids and families at the game
Families are our most common Blue Jays booking. We fit a proper child seat for every child who needs one, infant, convertible or booster, on request at booking; see child car seat transfers. A family of five with a stroller is best in an executive SUV or luxury van.
Plan the return a little later than you think: children rarely want to leave during the last inning, and the walk to a pickup two blocks away is easier with tired kids than a scramble on Front Street. If you are coming from a hotel near the venue, it may be simpler to walk there and book only the ride home.
Official schedules and tickets
Always check game times on the teams' official sites before booking, because start times move for broadcasts and playoffs: the Maple Leafs, the Raptors, the Blue Jays, Toronto FC and the Argonauts. Venue rules on bags and entry are on the Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field sites and the Blue Jays' ballpark page.
We are not affiliated with any team or venue; we are a private car service you book directly. For concerts at these same venues see our concert car service page.
Playoff runs and big-game weekends
When a Toronto team goes deep in the playoffs, the whole downtown core changes. Watch parties gather outside the arena, Bay Street and Lake Shore close for crowds, and demand for cars spikes on nights that were not on anyone's calendar a week earlier. We keep a waiting list for playoff dates, and returning customers who ask early usually get a car.
For a playoff night, book a pickup further from the venue than you normally would, and expect the drive out of downtown to take longer than on a regular-season game. If the series ends earlier than planned and you cancel more than 72 hours ahead, there is no charge.
How to book a game-day car
Open the reservation engine, enter your pickup (flight number for airport pickups), set the drop-off as the venue, and add the game time in the notes. Book the return as a separate one-way at the expected end of the game, or choose hourly. The fixed fare appears before you confirm. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours ahead; 72 hours or less is 10 %, 48 hours or less 50 %, and 24 hours or less or a no-show 100 %.
