An Oshawa station transfer with TorontoAirportTransfer.services is a pre-booked chauffeured car from the Oshawa GO and VIA station at 915 Bloor Street West to Pearson, Oshawa Executive Airport or anywhere in Durham Region. Planning figure to Pearson: $220–265 one way in a business sedan, all-in plus HST. The reservation engine shows the exact fixed fare before you confirm.
Oshawa station transfer: GO and VIA under one roof
Oshawa's rail station is at 915 Bloor Street West, south of Highway 401 between Stevenson Road and Thickson Road. GO Transit calls it Durham College Oshawa GO under a sponsorship arrangement, and it is the eastern terminus of the Lakeshore East line; VIA Rail Corridor trains between Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa and Montreal stop on separate platforms at the same site. Durham Region Transit buses connect here as well. An Oshawa station transfer means the chauffeur is waiting at the agreed pickup point when your train arrives and drives you to Pearson, to Oshawa Executive Airport, to Durham College or Ontario Tech, or to a home in Whitby, Courtice, Bowmanville or north Oshawa.
What an Oshawa station to Pearson car costs
The planning figure for Whitby or Oshawa to Pearson is $220–265 one way in a business sedan, all-in plus HST. That covers the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, Highway 407 tolls if used, airport fees and the gratuity. An executive SUV or luxury van is about 25–30 % more, a first-class sedan about 50 % more and a Sprinter roughly 2.2 times the sedan fare. Local trips from the station to Oshawa Executive Airport, the college campuses or a Durham Region address are much shorter and are quoted by exact address in the reservation engine. The fare you see is the fare you pay: there is no meter and no surge. The complete fare grid is on our Toronto airport limo rates page.

Where the chauffeur meets you at Oshawa station
The station has a large surface parking area, with about 2,390 spaces in the main lot according to GO Transit, and a pick-up and drop-off flow that gets busy at the evening rush. Construction is also under way in 2026 to add tracks, a new north platform, pedestrian bridges and a bus loop, so the pickup layout can change from month to month. Dispatch confirms the exact spot before your trip and texts the car's plate and location about 20 minutes before arrival. The fare includes curbside pickup; meet and greet on the platform with a name board is an optional add-on, planning figure $25–35. Station pickups include 15 minutes of waiting from the train's actual arrival, then 15-minute blocks.
GO train, VIA train or car?
The GO Transit Lakeshore East line runs from Oshawa to Union Station through Whitby, Ajax, Pickering and Scarborough, and from Union you can take UP Express to Pearson Terminal 1 in about 25 minutes. VIA's Corridor trains are faster to Toronto but less frequent. For a commuter with a laptop bag, rail is hard to beat. For an airport trip with luggage, the change at Union Station, the walk to the UP Express platform and the fixed train times add up. A car from the station goes straight across the 401 or 407 to the terminal curb. If two or three people are travelling together, one sedan or SUV fare still costs more than the combined rail tickets, but the gap per person narrows, and it runs at 4 a.m. when trains do not. See our limo vs Uber vs taxi vs UP Express guide for more.
The drive from Oshawa to Pearson
Oshawa station to Pearson is about 75 kilometres. The chauffeur has two main options. Highway 401 west through Whitby, Pickering and Scarborough is the direct route, but the stretch between the 404 and the 427 is among the busiest roads in North America at rush hour. Highway 407, reached via Highway 412 or 418, runs across the north of the GTA and is usually faster and steadier; the fare already includes 407 tolls if the chauffeur takes it. Expect roughly an hour in light traffic and up to an hour and 45 minutes on a weekday afternoon. For an international departure, we suggest leaving Oshawa about three and a half hours before your flight. The 407 ETR site explains the toll road for anyone curious.

Pearson terminals and your flight details
Put your airline and terminal in the booking notes. Pearson has two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, linked by the free Terminal Link train; Air Canada and most Star Alliance airlines use Terminal 1, and WestJet, Porter and many other airlines use Terminal 3. Assignments change, so check your booking or our Pearson terminal finder. If you are flying back into Pearson and heading home to Durham, our Whitby and Oshawa to Pearson car service page covers that direction, including flight tracking and the 60-minute international or 30-minute Canadian and US waiting allowance included at the airport.
Oshawa Executive Airport connections
Oshawa Executive Airport (YOO) lies in the north of the city, roughly a 15-minute drive from the rail station. It is used by flight schools, corporate aircraft and private charters rather than scheduled airlines. We regularly connect train passengers with private flights there: the chauffeur meets you at the station, drives to the airport's general aviation side and hands your bags to the crew. For charter or FBO arrangements, confirm the handler's instructions and put them in the booking. The City of Oshawa airport page has airport information, and our Oshawa Executive airport transfer page explains drop-off and pickup for passengers.

Durham College, Ontario Tech and Durham Region
Oshawa is a college town as well as an auto town. Durham College and Ontario Tech University share a campus in north Oshawa, and at the start and end of term the station is busy with students and parents moving bags. An executive SUV or luxury van seats six with six bags and handles a residence move-in in one trip. International students arriving at Pearson often find a single car to campus simpler than the GO train with two checked cases. We also drive visiting faculty, conference guests and parents at convocation between the station, the campus and hotels on the 401 corridor.
Business travel along the 401 corridor
A lot of our Oshawa station work is business travel: engineers and managers arriving by VIA for meetings at plants and offices around Oshawa, Whitby, Courtice and Bowmanville, and consultants heading to energy and manufacturing sites east of the city. Hourly service keeps one chauffeur with you all day. A business sedan runs $130–150 an hour and an executive SUV $160–190, each with a three-hour minimum. Corporate accounts can be billed centrally and receive receipts that show HST separately. Our corporate car service page explains account set-up, and it is common for a visitor to book a station pickup in the morning and a Pearson drop in the evening as two legs on one account.
Choosing a vehicle for an Oshawa pickup
Choose by bags as well as people. A business sedan seats three with three suitcases; a first-class sedan offers the same capacity with a quieter cabin for executives. An executive SUV such as an Escalade, Navigator or Suburban seats six with six bags and is the best choice in winter weather on the 401. A luxury van, V-Class or Pacifica, seats six with six bags and has easy sliding doors. A Sprinter carries up to 14 with luggage for teams and wedding parties. Stretch limousines, party buses and coaches for large groups come from vetted partner operators and are priced in writing by a coordinator. Details of each class are in our chauffeured fleet.
Children, accessibility and special requests
Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request; add them at booking so the chauffeur installs them before you arrive. Whatever the exemptions for taxis and buses, we fit the right child seat for every child who needs one; the province's Ontario car seat guidance explains the stages. Taxis are exempt from that rule, which is exactly why parents book us. If a passenger uses a wheelchair or walker, tell us when booking. Folding chairs fit in SUVs and vans; a power chair needs a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, arranged through a vetted partner and confirmed in writing. Pets in carriers are fine with advance notice.
Winter, early trains and late arrivals
Durham Region gets lake-effect snow off Lake Ontario, and the 401 through Whitby and Pickering can turn slow and icy quickly. All vehicles on our own dispatch run winter tires in the cold months, and dispatch checks road conditions before every early airport run. The first GO and VIA trains of the day and the last trains at night are exactly when taxis are scarce at the station; a pre-booked chauffeur is already waiting. We track your train live, so a delay does not cost you extra, and dispatch messages you before any extra waiting begins. If a storm makes a run unsafe, we call to reschedule rather than send a car out.
Station construction and the Bowmanville extension
Metrolinx is expanding Lakeshore East service, including major works at the Oshawa station in 2026 and a planned extension east towards Bowmanville. During construction, entrances, crossings and the passenger pick-up area may shift, and temporary signs change. This is why dispatch confirms the pickup point for each trip rather than using a fixed spot. When the extension opens, some Durham trips may start at new stations further east; we will pick you up at whichever station suits your train.
Returning to Oshawa station after a flight
Commuters who leave their car in the station lot and fly out of Pearson sometimes want a ride straight back to the station rather than home, so they can collect the car and drive the last few kilometres themselves. That works well: book a Pearson pickup with your flight number and put the Oshawa station as the destination. The chauffeur tracks the flight, includes 60 minutes of waiting after an international landing or 30 minutes after a Canadian or US one, and drops you beside the lot. Check GO Transit's parking rules for overnight and multi-day parking before you leave a car there, because the lots are designed for daily commuters.
How to book your Oshawa station pickup
Open the reservation engine and choose "From station". Enter Oshawa station (915 Bloor Street West), your destination, the train (GO or VIA) and scheduled arrival time, then select the vehicle and any extras. The fixed fare appears before you confirm. You receive an email confirmation and, on the day, a text with the chauffeur's details and the exact pickup point. Cancellations more than 72 hours before pickup are free; within 72 hours the sitewide scale of 10 %, 50 % and 100 % applies. For local events and road works, the City of Oshawa site is the best source.
