The drive from Oshawa or Whitby to Toronto Pearson airport is about 75 km and usually 50–70 minutes via Highway 412 or 418 and the 407, or the 401. TorontoAirportTransfer.services charges a fixed all-in fare, confirmed before you book: a business sedan runs $220–265 as a planning figure, with tolls, airport fees and gratuity included and HST shown separately.
Oshawa to Pearson airport: what a Durham airport limo costs
For people in central Durham, Pearson is a long way off: past Pickering, across the whole top of Toronto and into Mississauga. A Durham airport limo that quotes by the kilometre or the minute turns that distance into a guessing game. Ours does not. The reservation engine prices your exact address, date and vehicle and shows one all-in number: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, the Highway 407 toll if we use it, airport fees and gratuity. HST is on its own line. The figure you see when you book in Whitby on a Tuesday evening is the figure on the receipt after a two-hour run through snow. That is the point of a fixed fare, and it is how every Oshawa to Pearson airport trip on this site is sold.
Fares from Whitby and Oshawa by vehicle
The table shows planning figures for one way between Whitby or Oshawa and Pearson; the reservation engine quotes the exact address, date and vehicle. West Whitby sits at the low end, east Oshawa and Courtice at the top, and Bowmanville or Port Perry a little beyond.

Routes from central Durham: 412, 418, 407 and 401
Central Durham has more highway choice than most of the GTA. Highway 412 links the 401 in Whitby with the 407, and Highway 418 does the same from Courtice; both have been toll-free since 2022. From Brooklin and north Oshawa the chauffeur is on the 407 within minutes. Heading west, the 407 is tolled all the way: provincially owned 407 East through Durham, then the private 407 ETR from Brock Road in Pickering. The toll is already inside your fare, so the chauffeur uses it whenever it beats the 401, which on a weekday morning is almost always. From there the car follows the 407 to Highway 427 and drops south into the airport. The 401 remains the answer late at night and on Sunday mornings.
Drive times through the day
From Whitby or Oshawa, a pre-dawn run to Pearson is about 50 minutes; a weekday rush-hour run can run to 80 or more on the 401, which is why the 407 matters. Afternoon westbound traffic on Fridays in summer is heavy on both roads from about 2 p.m. Long weekends pile up eastbound on the Thursday or Friday and westbound on the holiday Monday, so a return from Pearson that evening takes longer. Lake-effect snow on the Oshawa lakeshore can turn a clear forecast into a slow drive in the first kilometres. Dispatch reads Ontario 511 and the weather before every early pickup and will call if you should move your time.

Whitby limousine service: neighbourhoods we cover
Our Whitby limousine service covers the whole town. In the south that means Port Whitby and the marina, the lakeshore streets, and the downtown core around Brock and Dundas. Through the middle we run to Blue Grass Meadows, Pringle Creek, Williamsburg, Taunton North, Rolling Acres and Lynde Creek, and to the north to Brooklin and the new subdivisions between Winchester Road and the 407. The Durham Region headquarters on Rossland Road and the business parks along Thickson Road and the 401 are regular corporate pickups. If you are closer to the Ajax line, the Pickering and Ajax airport car page has the planning figures for the west end.
Oshawa, Courtice and Clarington
In Oshawa we pick up downtown around Simcoe and King, in the north end near the university campus, and in Samac, Windfields, Kedron, Taunton, Northglen, Centennial, Eastdale, Donevan and the Lakeview area by the harbour. Courtice, Bowmanville and Newcastle in Clarington are quoted on the same engine and add a few kilometres; Port Perry and Uxbridge to the north are quoted too. The Oshawa Centre and the hospital district around Lakeridge Health Oshawa are common pickups for visiting family. Rural addresses north of the 407 should include a gate or lane description in the booking notes.
Ontario Tech, Durham College and the student run
The north Oshawa campus shared by Ontario Tech University and Durham College is one of our steadiest student pickups. International students arrive in late August and early January, usually on long-haul flights into Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, with two large suitcases each. A sedan manages one student and their bags; two students sharing a ride or one student with a parent should book an executive SUV. The chauffeur meets at the residence or the main campus entrance you give in the notes. Graduation in June brings families in the other direction, and our graduation and convocation page covers those bookings, including dinner in town afterwards.
Oshawa Executive Airport and business aviation
Durham has no airport with scheduled airline service; the closest is Pearson. What it does have is Oshawa Executive Airport on the north side of the city, used by flight schools, private owners and business aircraft. If you are flying privately into YOO, we meet the aircraft through the operator at the pre-arranged spot and drive you on to Toronto, Pearson or anywhere else in Ontario. Our Oshawa airport (YOO) page covers ground transfers, and the Oshawa Executive FBO page explains how to coordinate with your handler. For a connection from a private aircraft to an airline departure at Pearson, allow the full check-in time at the terminal.

Hotels, venues and landmarks in Whitby and Oshawa
Visitors to central Durham stay mostly at the hotels along the 401 corridor in Whitby and Oshawa and near the Oshawa Centre. Wedding guests and conference attendees often come in at Pearson and go straight to one of those. Local landmarks we drive to include Parkwood Estate, the McLaughlin family mansion and gardens, the Canadian Automotive Museum downtown, Oshawa's lakefront and harbour, and the arena downtown that hosts junior hockey and concerts. In Whitby, Port Whitby and Heydenshore Pavilion are popular wedding and event venues. Our wedding limo service handles those days; weddings are priced in writing by a coordinator.
When to leave for your flight
The dispatch rule is two hours at the terminal before a domestic flight and three before a US or international one, plus the drive and a buffer. From Whitby and Oshawa, that means leaving about three hours and ten minutes before a domestic departure off-peak, and around four hours before an international departure in the weekday morning or Friday afternoon peak. For a 6:00 a.m. flight, a 3:00 a.m. pickup is typical, with the 401 almost to ourselves. For a 6:30 p.m. flight to Rome on a Friday in July, leave by 2:00 p.m. Our how early to arrive at Pearson guide goes into the details by season.
Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 at Pearson
Before the chauffeur leaves Durham, dispatch needs your terminal. Air Canada and most Star Alliance airlines use Terminal 1; WestJet, Porter and many others use Terminal 3. Check your booking, or use the terminal finder with your flight number. The chauffeur drops you at the departures door nearest your airline and helps you load a cart. If you are travelling with someone who needs extra help, tell us, and ask the airline for wheelchair assistance when you book the flight; the chauffeur gets you to the right door on time.
Coming home from Pearson to Whitby or Oshawa
Returns are flight-tracked, and the chauffeur is timed to the actual landing. Waiting is included: 60 minutes after an international arrival and 30 minutes after a Canadian or US one, from touchdown. The standard fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area; you message the chauffeur when your bags are off the belt and the car comes round. If you would rather have the chauffeur inside the arrivals hall with a name board, add Pearson meet and greet for a planning figure of $25–35. Our Pearson pickup rules guide explains exactly where to wait at each terminal.
Trains and transit to compare
If you are travelling light, public transit is an option. GO Transit runs Lakeshore East trains from Whitby and Oshawa to Union Station, where the UP Express connects to Pearson Terminal 1. VIA Rail also stops at Oshawa station, which our Oshawa station transfer page covers. Durham Region Transit connects local neighbourhoods to the GO stations. The catch is timing and luggage: early flights, two transfers and a train that does not wait for you. For two or more travellers with bags, the fixed fare in a private car is usually the easier choice, and sometimes the cheaper one once parking at Pearson is counted.
Families, groups and car seats
Families from Whitby and Oshawa heading south for March break usually book an executive SUV or luxury van: six seats, six large bags, and space for a stroller. Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request; add them at booking and the chauffeur installs them. Whatever the exemptions for taxis and buses, we fit the right child seat for every child who needs one. The child car seat transfers page has details. Sports teams and school groups book a Sprinter for group travel, which carries fourteen people and their gear in one vehicle.
Choosing the right vehicle for a Durham airport run
The distance from central Durham makes vehicle choice matter more than it does downtown. A business sedan takes three passengers and three checked bags, which suits a couple or a solo business trip. A first-class sedan (S-Class or 7 Series) is the quiet option for an executive who wants to work on the 407. The executive SUV and the luxury van each take six people and six bags, and are what most families book for a week away. A Sprinter carries fourteen with luggage, which suits a hockey team, a wedding party arriving together or a company group heading to a conference. Stretch limousines and party buses come from partner operators through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and we say so on the booking. The fleet page shows each class.
Booking and cancellation
Book with the engine on this page or at the booking page. The confirmation shows the fare, vehicle class and pickup time; the chauffeur's name and phone arrive the day before. Flight numbers can be changed at any time without charge. Cancellation runs from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours before is free, 72 hours or less is 10 %, 48 hours or less is 50 %, and 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100 %. For local closures, the Town of Whitby and City of Oshawa websites post road work notices.
