TorontoAirportTransfer.services runs a pre-booked London, Ontario limousine service to Toronto Pearson with a planning figure of $445–520 one way in a business sedan, all-in plus HST. The 190 km run on Highway 401 takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. We also handle London airport limo transfers to and from YXU. You see the exact fixed fare in the reservation engine before confirming.
London Ontario limousine service to Pearson: the essentials
London sits a little over two hours from Pearson, which is the awkward distance: too far for a casual taxi, too short to justify a connecting flight, and long enough that driving yourself home after a transatlantic arrival is a genuine safety question. A private car solves all three. One chauffeur, one vehicle, one fixed fare, door to terminal and back.
The fare in the reservation engine includes the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls if the 407 is the faster road at Milton, airport fees and gratuity. HST is added on its own line. The price does not change if an accident near Woodstock stops the 401 for half an hour.
Planning fares: London to Pearson by vehicle
| Vehicle | Seats / bags | London ↔ Pearson (one way, planning figure) |
|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | 3 / 3 | $445–520 |
| First-class sedan (S-Class, 7 Series) | 3 / 3 | about $670–780 |
| Executive SUV | 6 / 6 | about $555–675 |
| Luxury van | 6 / 6 | about $555–675 |
| Sprinter | 14 / 14 | about $975–1,140 |
North London addresses near Masonville or Hyde Park, and outlying towns such as Komoka, Dorchester, St. Thomas or Strathroy, are priced by the engine from the exact address. For a round trip, book both legs together; the return is timed to your landing. All destinations are compared on the rates page.
The route: Highway 401 all the way
From most of London the chauffeur joins the 401 at Wellington Road, Highbury Avenue or Veterans Memorial Parkway and heads east past Ingersoll, Woodstock, Cambridge and Milton to the Highway 401 and 427 interchange, or takes the 407 from Milton when the collector lanes through Mississauga are jammed. Anyone who drives this corridor knows its moods: heavy truck traffic day and night, construction zones through the summer, and the section between London and Woodstock where winter whiteouts come off open farmland with little warning. Dispatch watches Ontario 511 cameras and closures before each departure.

Timings we plan with: about 2 hours at night or early morning, 2 hours 15 minutes mid-day, and 2.5 hours or more when you meet Toronto's afternoon rush from Milton eastward. Friday afternoons are the slowest of the week.
When to leave London for your Pearson flight
Start from the airline's advice, usually about two hours before a domestic flight and three before an international one, then add the drive and a buffer that grows with the season.
- 09:30 Canadian and US flight on a Tuesday: pickup around 4:45.
- 17:45 international flight on a Thursday: pickup around 11:45, arriving before the Milton-to-Mississauga afternoon build-up.
- 22:00 overnight flight to Europe: pickup around 15:45, with extra margin for rush hour.
- January storm day: dispatch may call to move the pickup up by 30–45 minutes.
Our guide on how early to arrive at Pearson explains security patterns by terminal.
Pearson terminals and meet and greet
Terminal 1 serves Air Canada and most Star Alliance carriers; Terminal 3 serves WestJet, Porter and many others. The free Terminal Link train joins them. Check your booking or the terminal finder. On the return, the chauffeur waits at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area, with 60 minutes after landing included on international flights and 30 minutes on Canadian and US. For parents or grandparents arriving alone, meet and greet inside the arrivals hall is worth the planning figure of $25–35.
London airport limo: YXU transfers
London International Airport (YXU), in the city's north-east near Crumlin, has scheduled service on a limited set of mostly domestic and seasonal sun routes; see flylondon.ca for what currently flies and our London YXU airport page. If your flight is from YXU, we run the short transfer from anywhere in the city and county on the same fixed-fare basis, and meet arrivals with the flight tracked.

When YXU works and when Pearson still wins
Fly from London if the nonstop you need is on its schedule and the fare is sensible; the savings are real, starting with a ten-minute drive instead of two hours. Pearson still wins in most other cases:
- Long-haul international trips, which from London almost always mean connecting through a larger hub anyway.
- Destinations with a single daily frequency or none at all from YXU.
- Travel with little slack, where Pearson's many daily departures give rebooking options if something is cancelled.
- Airline loyalty: Air Canada's full network is at Pearson.
Waterloo (YKF) and Hamilton (YHM) are other regional options, but for London residents they are both a long drive in themselves. Detroit (DTW) is about two and a half hours west via the Blue Water or Ambassador crossings and sometimes has cheaper US fares; we run Detroit transfers across the border with our own chauffeurs.
Western University and Fanshawe College
Western University and Fanshawe College bring a large international student population to London, and the start of each term is the busiest time of our London calendar. A student landing at Pearson from Delhi, Lagos or Shanghai with two heavy suitcases faces a long trip: a bus to London, then a taxi to residence. A pre-booked car with the flight tracked is simpler, and friends on the same flight can share an SUV and split one fare. Parents can pay from abroad, and the chauffeur's details come by email before the flight lands.
Hospitals, conferences and business travel
London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph's Health Care draw patients and specialists from across south-western Ontario, and specialists flying in for surgery or conferences often use us both ways. Businesses along the 401 corridor, from manufacturing in the east end to the downtown financial offices, book regular executives and visiting clients. Corporate accounts get monthly invoicing and a named booker; see corporate car service.
What else a London, Ontario limo is booked for
Beyond the airport, London bookings include:
- Concerts and hockey at Canada Life Place (formerly Budweiser Gardens) downtown, with the chauffeur waiting on a quieter side street.
- Weddings at country venues in Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties; stretch limousines and party buses come from partner operators and a coordinator prices the day in writing.
- Proms and graduations; see prom and graduation limo.
- Day trips to Toronto for shows, games or medical appointments, booked by the hour: sedan $130–150 per hour and SUV $160–190 per hour, three-hour minimum, plus the drive.
Visitor information is on Tourism London and city services on the City of London site.
VIA Rail, buses and the private car
VIA Rail runs between London and Toronto Union Station on the Windsor–Quebec corridor, and GO and intercity buses serve the route as well; check VIA Rail for times. None stop at Pearson, so the airport trip means changing at Union Station to UP Express. For a solo traveller with light luggage and time, the train is comfortable and cheap. For two or more people with checked bags, a 5 a.m. flight, or a late-night arrival after the last train, the private car is the practical answer.
Driving yourself vs a chauffeur
Driving the 401 at 11 p.m. after a nine-hour flight is a real risk, and a week of airport parking adds up. Compare the full cost with our fare calculator; for most trips of a week or more, parking plus fuel narrows the gap to the fixed fare, and nobody in the car is fighting jet lag behind the wheel.
Rest stops on a two-hour run
The 401 between London and Toronto has ONroute service centres in both directions, and the chauffeur will stop at one if anyone needs coffee, food or a washroom; tell us at pickup or at any point on the road. On an airport-bound trip we build a short stop into the timing only if you ask for it at booking, so the schedule stays honest. Coming home after a long flight, most travellers want to go straight through, but the option is always there, especially with small children or older parents in the car.
St. Thomas, Woodstock, Strathroy and the county
Our London service covers the surrounding towns too. St. Thomas to the south, Strathroy and Komoka to the west, Ilderton and Arva to the north, and Ingersoll and Woodstock on the way east are all regular pickups. Woodstock is roughly 30 minutes closer to Pearson than central London, so the engine prices it below the London band; St. Thomas and Strathroy sit slightly above it. Rural addresses with long lanes or farm gates should include a landmark in the booking notes, and the chauffeur will call on approach if the house number is hard to see from the concession road.
Winter on the 401 west of Toronto
The open stretch between London, Ingersoll and Woodstock is where snow squalls from Lake Huron do their worst, with visibility dropping to a few car lengths in minutes. Every car we send runs winter tires from late fall, the chauffeur checks the Environment Canada forecast for Middlesex and Oxford counties before leaving, and if the 401 is closed dispatch reroutes on Highway 2 or Highway 7 and calls you with a revised arrival time. For a flight you cannot miss on a storm day, we would rather collect you an hour early than risk it.
Families and car seats
Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request; add them at booking and they are fitted before pickup. Whatever the exemptions for taxis and buses, we fit the right child seat for every child who needs one; the province's car seat guidance explains the stages. With two children, a car seat or two and four suitcases, choose the SUV or van.
Cancellation
Cancelling more than 72 hours before pickup is free. At 72 hours or less there is a 10 % charge, at 48 hours or less 50 %, and at 24 hours or less or a no-show 100 %, measured from the scheduled pickup time. If the airline changes your flight, call dispatch and we will move the car.
