TorontoAirportTransfer.services is a pre-booked limousine service for Niagara Falls, Ontario, built around the Pearson airport run. A business sedan between Niagara Falls and Toronto Pearson has a planning figure of $345–420 one way, all-in plus HST, for about 125 km and 80–100 minutes on the QEW. The reservation engine shows your exact fixed fare before you confirm.
Limousine service Niagara Falls Ontario: what the Pearson fare buys
Whether you are a Niagara resident heading out on holiday or a visitor who landed at Pearson and wants to see the Horseshoe Falls by dinner, the booking is the same: one private vehicle, one chauffeur, one fixed price. The fare includes the vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR tolls when that route is faster, airport fees and gratuity; HST is added on its own line. No meter runs while you sit in QEW traffic at Burlington.
Book in the reservation engine with your hotel or home address and the flight number. For the airport-to-falls direction in detail, including sightseeing stops on the way, see our Pearson to Niagara Falls route. This page covers the city end: where we pick up, how long to allow, and what else a Niagara Falls limo is used for.

Addresses in Chippawa, Lundy's Lane west of the QEW or the Garner Road area can move a little from the band. The multipliers follow the sitewide rule, and the exact figure always comes from the engine. Compare all destinations on the rates page.
The drive: QEW, 403 and the Skyway
From the Fallsview district the chauffeur takes McLeod Road or Highway 420 to the Queen Elizabeth Way and runs north-west past St. Catharines, Grimsby and Stoney Creek, crosses the Burlington Bay James N. Allan Skyway, and then either follows the QEW into Oakville and Highway 427 or cuts across on Highway 403 and 407 to the airport. The choice depends on the time of day; the 407 route often wins in the afternoon because the QEW through Oakville and Mississauga clogs early.

Typical timings: about 80 minutes before 6 a.m. or after 8 p.m., 90–100 minutes mid-day, and up to two hours on a Friday afternoon heading toward Toronto. Summer Saturdays bring the opposite problem, with tour coaches and day-trippers heading south into Niagara in the morning.
Where we pick up in Niagara Falls
The tourist district is compact but busy, and knowing the drop-off lanes saves ten minutes.
- Fallsview Boulevard hotels, where most towers have a covered front entrance with a short-term loading zone.
- Fallsview Casino Resort, with its own motor lobby, and Casino Niagara near the foot of Clifton Hill.
- Clifton Hill and Victoria Avenue hotels, where the chauffeur may stop on a side street and call you, because Clifton Hill itself is often closed to through traffic on busy evenings.
- The Niagara Parkway and Table Rock area run by Niagara Parks.
- Residential Niagara Falls, from Stamford to Chippawa, and the Niagara Falls train station on Bridge Street for VIA and GO travellers.
Tell us the tower name and the room count at booking so the right vehicle turns up at the right door.
When to leave Niagara Falls for a Pearson flight
Pearson is the long leg of any Niagara trip, so give it respect. For a domestic flight, reach the terminal about two hours ahead; for international, about three, unless your airline says differently. A 13:00 flight to London therefore means a Fallsview pickup around 8:15 on a weekday. An early 07:00 departure needs a 3:30 pickup, and the highway is empty. For Friday evening flights, add 30 minutes. Our how early to arrive at Pearson guide covers security wait patterns by terminal.
Terminal 1, Terminal 3 and what happens on arrival
Air Canada and most Star Alliance carriers use Terminal 1; WestJet, Porter and many others use Terminal 3, joined by the free Terminal Link train. Check your ticket or our terminal finder. For arrivals heading to Niagara, the chauffeur tracks the flight, and waiting is included for 60 minutes after an international landing and 30 minutes after a Canadian or US one. Pickup is at the terminal's pre-arranged commercial pickup area; inside meet and greet with a name board is an optional extra, planning figure $25–35. Visitors on their first trip to Canada should read arriving in Canada at Pearson.
Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY or Hamilton instead of Pearson?
Niagara is the one part of Ontario with real airport alternatives, and a good dispatcher tells you honestly when to use them.
- Buffalo Niagara International (BUF) is often 40–50 minutes from the Fallsview district via the Peace Bridge or the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, depending on border waits. US carriers there sometimes have cheaper fares to US cities. See Buffalo Niagara International and our Toronto to Buffalo airport route.
- Niagara Falls International (IAG) across the river has a small, mainly leisure schedule; check the airport for current flights.
- Hamilton (YHM) is about an hour away and has a smaller, largely leisure and domestic schedule; see our Hamilton airport page.
Pearson still wins for long-haul international nonstops, most Canadian domestic routes, Air Canada and WestJet connections, and any trip where border paperwork is a problem for someone in the party. Crossing into the US needs a valid passport or NEXUS card for everyone, and for some nationalities a visa or ESTA; the CBSA covers the return to Canada.
Cross-border pickups with our own chauffeurs
We run the Buffalo and Niagara Falls NY border crossings with our own dispatch, so a Niagara Falls hotel to BUF transfer, or a BUF arrival to a Fallsview hotel, is booked exactly like a Pearson trip. The chauffeur will ask for passport details of every traveller in advance, and the fare includes bridge tolls. Border wait times vary through the day, so dispatch checks live waits before choosing the Peace Bridge, Rainbow Bridge or Lewiston-Queenston crossing. See cross-border limo to the USA.
Groups, tour parties and family reunions
Niagara Falls is where large parties converge: a family flying in from three continents for a reunion, a sports team heading to a tournament, or a company retreat at a Fallsview conference hotel. A 14-seat Sprinter takes most of these in one vehicle with the luggage behind the last row. For coach-sized groups we arrange 24- to 56-seat coaches from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network and state that on the written quote. Staggered arrivals at Pearson can be collected by several smaller vehicles timed to each flight rather than one van waiting for hours; see private airport shuttle.
Weddings at the falls
Niagara Falls is one of Canada's best-known wedding destinations, from chapels on Lundy's Lane to ceremonies with the Horseshoe Falls behind the couple. Our wedding limo service covers guest shuttles from Pearson and Buffalo, the couple's car on the day and the late-night hotel runs. Stretch limousines and Rolls-Royce cars are supplied through partner operators, and wedding packages are priced in writing by a coordinator so there are no surprises on the day.

Casino nights and shows
A Toronto group heading to the casinos for a show and dinner is one of the most common evening bookings on the QEW. Book the car by the hour, four hours plus the drive, and the chauffeur waits at the motor lobby while you play. In an SUV the planning figure is $160–190 per hour with a three-hour minimum; a party bus through a partner runs $330–525 per hour with a four- to five-hour minimum. The drive home after midnight is the reason to book: nobody should be driving the Skyway at 2 a.m. after a long night.
Wine country and day tours from Niagara hotels
Hotel guests often want a half-day in Niagara-on-the-Lake wine country, 20 minutes north on the Niagara Parkway. We run these by the hour with a chauffeur who waits at each winery; see Niagara wine tours and our separate St. Catharines and Niagara-on-the-Lake page. Visitors starting in Toronto can also book a Niagara Falls tour from Toronto that returns the same evening.
Train, bus or car: the honest comparison
VIA Rail and seasonal and weekend GO train service reach Niagara Falls station, and intercity buses run to Toronto; check GO Transit and VIA Rail for current timetables. None of them go to Pearson directly, so an airport trip means changing at Union Station for UP Express or taking a bus with its own schedule. For two travellers with suitcases the fixed private fare is often competitive, and it is the only option that starts at your hotel door. Our best way from Toronto to Niagara Falls guide compares every option.
Late arrivals: landing at Pearson, sleeping in Niagara
Transatlantic flights often land in the evening, and a hotel check-in at Fallsview after 10 p.m. is normal for our chauffeurs. After a long flight the drive is simply the quiet part of the day: water and a charger in the car, the QEW mostly empty, and a stop at a service centre on request if someone needs food. If your flight is delayed by hours, the chauffeur keeps tracking it and stays assigned; you do not need to call. We also tell the hotel nothing on your behalf, so if a late check-in matters, warn the front desk yourself before you board.
Weather on the Skyway and the escarpment
Lake-effect squalls and fog off Lake Ontario occasionally close lanes on the Burlington Skyway, and high winds can bring restrictions for tall vehicles. When that happens dispatch reroutes the car inland through Hamilton on the Red Hill Valley Parkway and Highway 403, around the harbour, and builds the extra time into the pickup.
Children, car seats and strollers
Families are a large part of Niagara traffic. Car seats for infants, toddlers and boosters are on request; add them at booking, and they are installed before pickup. Taxis are exempt from Ontario's child restraint rules, private vehicles are not, and the province explains the stages on its car seat page. A luxury van has room for a double stroller and three large cases.
Cancellation rules and flight changes
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and there is no charge. At 72 hours or less it is 10 %, at 48 hours or less 50 %, and at 24 hours or less, or for a no-show, 100 % of the fare, measured from the scheduled pickup. If an airline moves your flight, call dispatch and we move the car.
